Had a recent repair carried out on my Tudor by the team. The work was carried out quickly and to a high standard. Pricing was clear and overall very competitive. The communication was excellent throughout and I was really impressed with the overall service. The way the watch was returned went above and beyond my expectations.

I had a vintage watch that several other service providers were reluctant to work on, but Louped took on the challenge with professionalism and skill. From start to finish, their team was incredibly helpful, explaining the process clearly and keeping me informed. Great experience from start to finish.

I sent a vintage Omega to Louped as it had stopped working. I was potentially looking at quite a steep repair bill. Louped collected the watch via DHL, fully insured, which they cover the cost of.

At their workshop, they inspected the watch and saw that it was a very quick and easy fix, which they did, and said that they would send the watch back to me (again, fully insured at their cost). And they did not even charge me for the quick fix.

Brilliant service, great communication. The only place I will now go to for watch servicing.

Great service. A lot of watch repairers had quoted me for expensive and unnecessary work but Louped did the repairs I asked for at a good price. Quick service and good communications too. Would thoroughly recommend.

Seamless service from start to finish. My mum's old Rolex has come back shining and running perfectly. I couldn't believe how easy and quick the whole process was. I also had a dedicated specialist who talked me through all the work to be done and kept me up-to-date with how it was coming along. I couldn't recommend Louped enough. The watch looks brand new!
