Another fantastic holiday experience from Max, which completely matched our requirements! Chilled all the way! 😎

Wow! I’ve never had a holiday booking experience like this. I was recommended Max as we were looking for a family holiday that offered something a little more special, away from the norm. I normally do all the research, booking etc - so I had never experienced handing it all over to anyone else before!

Well, I’m never booking my own holiday again. Max was incredible. I offered him a couple of ideas of holidays, places we liked the idea of, rough dates- and within 24hrs, 2 incredible itinerary’s with choices of stunning hotels, were sent to me. I was blown away by the quality, the attention to detail and the thought that had gone into how our family’s needs would be met. No stone was unturned.

Sadly, it just so happened our dream destination was within its rainy season, so Max came up with yet another wonderful destination, thinking about our family’s needs- and we loved it. The booking process was easy, the app seems very straightforward to use with regards to checking the booking etc.

I cannot recommend Max enough. We’ll be back next year to book that incredible Safari. Thank you Max, we appreciate your patience with us and we’ll be back next year.

We booked our week in New York through Max. We had a quick phone conversation where I explained what we wanted and he came back to me with his proposal.
The flights were perfect for our needs, flying early on the Morning on the way in and late at night in our way back. He organised transport to and from the hotel that was super efficient and he booked a brilliant hotel in Times Square.
I couldn’t have asked for better service.
The holidays were tailored exactly to our needs and he was super efficient and kept us in the loop at all times.
Will definitely book all of our holidays through him.

Max is a pleasure to do business with. Very helpful- we are going to Australia and New Zealand, 6 of us doing different things. He had his work cut out with us, but managed it very professionally and we are all happy with the results- Alison

Max was recommended to us from a friend. Usually we book our own flights etc., but this trip is a once in a lifetime family excursion to Oz & NZ. Quite complicated flight arrangements which had to match up with some of our party arriving & leaving separately. Max did a fab job, not only finding decent timings but got us a great price! Nothing too much trouble, kept us updated throughout. Can’t wait till next year when the adventure begins! 😀

First time using a personal travel agent and i can say i would never book a holiday without using one again. Sent Max all my requirements and budget and he got us such a good deal. Process was so stress free and he even went to the extent of checking us in and sending boarding passed over! Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Communication was excellent, boarding passes, hotel and transport vouchers were sent in plenty of time.
Everything went very smoothy and even had messages to check that everything was OK with my trip.
