Total Scam. They knock off graphics directly from other brands, including our own.

was very disappointed with the dresses I received. The quality was not as advertised and the fabric was completely different from what was shown in the photos. The material felt cheap and nothing like the pictures on the website. Unfortunately the item did not meet expectations and felt misleading based on the product description. And it took over a month to receive my order

This is a SCAM. The product pictures don’t align with the products. They probably use pictures for other brands and try to make the same products but the quality is very very cheap, the colors are not the same and the shape of the clothes as well.
I really don’t recommend.

This is a scam website please stay away. They will send generic emails that "your order has shipped" but they're not revealing the carrier... even if you ask - many - times. They even have on their website a place to enter the tracking number but a quick inspection at the html reveals that it goes nowhere and does nothing ... Please stay clear.

I ordered the piano key rack from Loushow. The rack was damaged in transit on the end pieces and one end was not properly secured, so it comes apart. I immediately sent an email as directed. No response. I waited 2 weeks and sent another email. I waited another week and still no response. It’s a shame, as the rack seems to be good quality. Don’t order from this website as customer support is non existent.
