This company attempted to take an extra £10 from my account - luckily the bank pulled it to my attention and stopped payment. Scam.

Ordered 3 bra’s absolutely awful. Ordered 18 Aug only just arrived 15th September

Avoid this company at all costs it is a total scam I ordered 4 pairs bamboo boxers, only 2 arrived from China absolute rubbish, I feel totally ripped off

If I could give a 0 star rating I would absolute scam! This company should be shut down do not order from them. They over charged me and now I have been waiting 6 weeks for eyeliner. They update with weird emails and responses are poor.

This is A SCAM COMPANY. They have a UK Web address so you think they are UK. They then put They are in New York. Address does not exist. They then say that products are shipped from China. These never arrive. They just take your money and send automated emails saying wait longer and longer for your product. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely scam company avoid at all costs. Same reply as everyone else not received their order. Need to be closed down. Ordered eyeliner in July.
7 weeks later nothing.

This address does not exist. It is a scam. We never received our goods and they will not refund. Many emails were sent, and they just kept sending the same rejection email by return. You have been warned. Sorry

I ordered from this company on 28th June still no goods come August. Contacted the company several time to be told to check tracking. Stuck in Belfast for 2 weeks. Emailed again told then be told the post office had returned the parcel back to them of which apparently they did not receive. I now want a refund for goods paid for but not received and have been told i not only had to pay the shipping costs again, but pay again for part of cost because the goods where lost. It clearly states on there website policy that loss of goods is there responsibility. I'm so angry. keep getting the same response. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Absolute sham.Dont think they are UK Based either.

Waited 7 weeks for an eyeliner,received e mails telling me it was at various ports across the world then nothing! Contacted them & Iv been told they have sent it again,I asked for a refund & they didn’t even acknowledge it in their reply,just told me they would try & hurry it up. Don’t know how they get away with it. Awful.

SCAM! Paid 6 weeks ago for two eyeliners nothing has come. Just an automated e mail response when I asked after 6?weeks saying they’ll now re send. I don’t believe a word! AVOID!!! Would give no stars if I could like no product for your money!! So angry!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered some eyeliners over a month ago and have received nothing, they keep making excuses about how the shipping company aren’t updating the tracking info. I’ve asked for a refund but they are refusing. Awful company and awful customer service.

Placed order over a month ago. They have told me on 3 different occasions now that it’s been sent out but yet nothing has been received. Asked for refund but they won’t do anything 😡

First order to Dublin - Item never arrived, contacted seller was told it would be resent, I said it was taking too long and just wanted a refund they said it had already been reposted (within 3mins) amazing!! Reposted items nevr arrived either - another scam company beware!!

I purchased a kinetic wind spinner from this company for a total of £24,95 including postage. It took a long time to arrive, allegedly coming through US customs, etc. when it did arrive it was completely unfit for its purpose. Very flimsy, too short to catch the wind and with a two pronged stake that didn’t support it. I tried to return it and the company have been refusing, offering me £2 to go away! Don’t touch this company.

Shower head very unsatisfactory and poor quality.
Similarly the knive Sharpener. Very inferior products.

Ordered a wind spinner for the garden.
After 6 weeks it has not arrived and they keep insisting it has been delivered. When I queried this, they said it is in transit!!?? They keep showing what's meant to be a delivery note, but the details mean nothing!!
Seems like a scam as no refund available?

I ordered asort of windmill sculpture made of metal.
It didn’t come for a long long time and then I’ve received hundreds of emails telling me how it’s progressing from one point to another. I tried to contact customer service but you’d Have more success try contacting your dead great grandfather.
When it finally arrived, it did not remotely work in the wind. A total waste of time and money.
They continue to send me special offers despite having unsubscribed….

Shower head is absolute rubbish. It broke down after one month of use, the water started pouring thorough the “stop” button. Very disappointed.
