Hi, I bought a mobile from your site and paid the fees, and the fees were withdrawn on 10/16/2021. Until now, I did not receive anything, not even a message, knowing that you were contacted on the Messenger? When will my order or generosity receive the fees paid?.

Placed order in August 2020. We are in December 2020 and still waiting on part of the order. No phone number for this company available. Email returned as undeliverable. No refund either. They acknowledged they received my first email but now no call or email. Fast to charge my card for the full amount though.

I would actually give them a zero star....worst company every. I ordered a jacket... $69.00. I came 4 months later. Opened package and could not believe what they sent....it looked nothing like the advertising. Completely different material, no labels on it anywhere, broken cheap zipper and it was supposed to be a size 3x, hahaha it is litterally the size of a kids jacket. Emailed them, they wanted pictures as proof. I sent them the ad pictures and what they sent me. They responded with sorry we will give you 40% and you can keep it! What a joke.

I placed my order on September 6, 2020. They charged my credit card on September 7th. I repeatedly emailed them asking when I could expect to receive my items. They told me I could track the order but I had no luck finding the locations. I finally received my items this week. Two months after I ordered them. I was not impressed with the quality at all. I ordered a large in one of the sweatshirts but it is way too small. You could tell it was handmade. I can’t even get it over my head. After reading some of these reviews I know now I am wasting my time trying to get my money back. I knew I should have cancelled this order weeks ago. I can’t even get them to respond to my emails asking them what address to mail the small sweatshirt back for a refund. Poor business practice!!! Do not order anything from Lovcloth!

If I could give less than 1 star I would - sizing is bad and then when reaching out, after multiple emails asking where to return they told me shipping is very expensive and maybe I could just give as a gift. I have demanded my money back to no results. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The experiences of others and see I am not alone. When sweatshirts arrived I almost dropped dead one had different material on the sleeves. Emailing back and forth last one was told they can’t help me cause I sent to wrong address. REALY they don’t provide one, so I used one on the package

Where it came up on my feed can’t find anywhere to make a complaint I am 84.00 out I paid 10 for shipping sweatshirts back

I would not but from this company again!!! The product looked totally different from the picture in website. This item sweatshirt took many weeks to arrive and when it did a total disappointment. Very poor quality and the print on front you could hardly see and looked very tacky. I asked for full refund but they offered a small amount and suggested that I give to a friend as a gift! If I won’t wear it then I certainly won’t give this to a friend! After further complaints to them they are saying I have to pay to return this and they are charging fir return and other fees. Absolutely disgraceful! Cheaper not to do this. I honestly don’t know how this can be allowed.

WARNING ABOUT LOVCLOTH SHOP!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY -UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. I DO WANT TO RETURN MY CLOTHES BUT IT’S IMPOSSIBLE!

If you return your order,you should wait about one month to have refund.

Please know that if return, the shipping cost of return is much high, which might reaches more than US $ 30.00. Because international shipping cost is charged based each gram. Could you please accept our solution. We really feel sorry for this.

Absolutely awful service. Completely agree with lots of the comments. I am hoping that the reviews help persuade people not to buy and I can save them from being ripped off. My order arrived on time. Quality of the items is bad and worth less than half of what they charge.Sizes were wrong and not what I ordered. They refused to refund and offered a gift card for a quarter of the price paid. Then just under half telling me to then give them to a friend. If I returned them I would have to pay and they would take money off the refund as they would struggle to sell it on!!! Even getting just under half back when they are in the wrong item is not good. Plus I cannot describe how awful the quality is.

Do not buy from this company! It’s a scam and products are not good at all! No customer service and will not accept returns!

If I could give a lower number, I would. I ordered several clothing items. I didn't know , it was out of the country, UK. The order did take over a month, which was ok, considering the pandamic. The quality of material and incorrect size made me not want to keep most of the items. Their web site and customer service accepts returns and refunds. Through e-mails customer service kept trying to offer a menial gift card instead of me returning products. When I said no, I would like the address etc. I never heard from him again. I tried the other contacts and no response. I am out $ 90.00. Because of the quality of material and horrible customer service, I am writing this review.

This was a waste of time. Product did not look like picture and very cheap! I thought it was a christian company, but obviously it is not. After so many emails trying to return product I gave up - which is what they wanted! They offered to credit my account $7.00 for a future purchase only for an item I paid $25 for. Extremely unprofessional in the matter they talked and handled things. Then when I refused that offer saying I wanted to return for a full refund, they stopped all correspondence with me. Also took a really long time, over a month to get product. Don't do it!!!

I would give then ZERO if I could!!! Been waiting over a month for my order! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! RUN, RUN FAR AWAY!! They lie, they give you the run around. I will TELL every single person I know and meet about this TERRIBLE company!!

I rather naively thought that this was a Christian company but they are far from it. They sent an incorrect item and I informed them of the error expecting to return the item for a full refund. Eleven emails later and they still will not even tell me the address to return the item to. I have now given up but want to warn anyone else thinking of placing an order that they are a thoroughly unscrupulous company and best avoided. Such a shame that there is no option to give zero stars. They don't deserve even one!

Absolutely the worst! Quality is HORRIBLE, I could purchase better made items at the lowest chain available at a fraction of the price. Refunds?! Yeah right! They do not give refunds nor accept returns. They offered a $10 credit to be used on future orders on a $125 order that I wouldn't have paid $10 for off the streets. I placed an order, a large order from this company. Last month I placed my order. Several of my orders were on backorder. When I tried to reach someone the phone number was in Hong Kong. To which I do not have coverage on my phone to reach customer service in HONG KONG!!! SO IVE BEGUN A SLEW OF EMAILS TO VARIOUS REPRESENTATIVES...Blair, Steven, and so on and so forth. Ive been requesting now a full refund numerous times .my order hasn't even been filled yet and is another month out before it even ships!!!! I've turned them in to the BBB...I'M SO UPSET. THEY ACTUALLY OFFERED ME A TEN DOLLAR GIFT CARD NOT TO CANCEL!!! DAYS AND DAYS GO BY AND STILL...NO REFUND TO MY CARD. I SPENT 200 BUCKS!!!! SO LOVCLOTH SUCKS. IVE ORDERED FROM KHOLLS,BED BATH BEYOND,ULTA, OTHER PLACES I RECIEVED MY PURCHASES RITE ON TIME. SO VERY DISAPPOINTING AND FRUSTRATING. AT LEAST HAVE A U.S. NUMBER PEOPLE CAN REACH YOU! Don’t buy anything from them. I ordered two items from them, one was a sweatshirt, $25.99. I was told they were not going to send the sweatshirt as they were now all out, they refunded some back, but I only received $25.01 back. Not the full amount plus some of the shipping.
BTW, the T-shirt I did receive is made from very cheap cotton and sizes are very small.

They don’t deserve any stars. I ordered in June and still nothing. They changed their name from lovcloth.com to
Lovcloth.club. My banking charge says Starlink from
Hong Kung. Scammers took my money. I am reporting you to my bank and the state attorney generals office.

This company took my money and never sent the product. It's been months and they won't make it right.

I also placed an order from them June 5. Nothing. When I wrote them I told them I was cancelling my order as I hadn’t received anything the email said due to shipping times it could take up to 20 or more days. That’s when I realized they are a company out of China. Don’t make the mistake I did. It’s July 11 and still nothing.
