I ordered a personalised ‘Poker Set’ for my children’s grandfather, for his birthday. Unfortunately, when the gift arrived (sent direct to their grandfather), no personalisation was present.
After emailing the support team, I was advised that they would provide a refund for this mistake, and apologised for the error made on their part (the system was having problems). I ordered this in May, and since then, no refund has been provided, nor has anyone replied to my emails since asking for an update on my refund. Very poor customer service! I will not be placing any future orders!

Purchased a personalised pink poka dot guitar as a birthday gift. It is supposed to include a plectrum as mentioned but this was not included.

They have advised they would send one out to me over 10 days ago.

As previously stated to seller this was a birthday gift and have to now go out to purchase something else.

Full refund has now been requested through PayPal

Slate plant label arrived on time. Engraving is good, if a little pale and shallow. Otherwise seems quite robust. Good pricing.

Absolutely awful, to start with the stand of my item just snapped, they sent a new one which wasn’t even the right size and then the whole thing snapped. Requested a refund for the completely broken item and no response. Would not recommend

I ordered my daughter a personalised toy box, received today and it’s great. Super easy to put together - I even did it on my own. The personalisation was what I ordered and looks neat, I’ll recommending to friends and family 😍

Ordered an Item for mothers day, the item arrived however when i purchase it i also paid for gift box option, they sent it in a envelope with no gift bag whatsoever.

I contacted them about this, they're doing a partial refund however it's annoying because if i didnt want that gift box option i wouldnt of paid extra.

I wished.i checked reviews first because i certainly am not buying anything off this company again!!

I bought a personalised stacking toy . How the name is just scribbled very small is awful, I can’t even give the gift as when I have shown people the reaction of ‘wtf and laughing has been the same off everyone. Dnt waste your money look for a better quality item else where .

So I ordered a toy box with the childs name so ****'s Toys for a Christmas Gift for my Grandson's first Christmas. Not a cheap gift considering I have 10 Grandchildren.. Every photo of this item stated 'Adam's Toys'. 'Lilly's Toys' etc. In the personalisation box I put his name. The box arrived and was excitedly opened by his parents to find it stated 'Adam Toys' (not using real name) and no assembly instructions.. I contacted them immediately stating my disappointment assuming it was an error. Only to be told that they can only print what was in the box and despite my protestations that it did not make sense, could they not have checked as it dosent make sense etc it was my fault so tough basically. Not once did the show show any care that I now had an expensive toy box with a grammatically incorrect statement on the front that quite frankly looked naff. Not once did they offer a solution and I basically had to ask if they would provide a replacement front which they said they could if I paid for it. I have now received it but still no assembly instructions. Awful customer service. I will not purchase from them again.

Customer services was amazing had a slight problem with my order and they sorted it out for me straight away. All items are stunning.

So I didn’t think through the item I got, which is completely my fault!
Got the wooden rattle/tether but it literally just a baby size baseball bat/weapon haha. She’s 5 months old for reference. She smacks it about hitting us (several bruises) and with such big swings I’m surprised she hasn’t knocked herself out or at least hit her own head with it yet. (We have to cover her head when she swings it about, not the most fun play) We’ve had to take it away. Not sure what age it’s suitable for as at age swinging it about is dangerous and only going to get stronger. Again, totally my fault for not thinking about this. The actual product is lovely, smooth wood, soft silicone ‘beads’, lovely size for wee hands. But an accident waiting to happen

Sent me a dirty mouldy item, refused to collect the item for a refund and so I had to do a charge back and then they had the cheek!!! to TRY scam me by lying to the bank about the item and my attempts at returning the item for a refund. About at all costs! They just buy someone else product, engrave and then sell on for more

ETA I did let the company know and we were given the option of a replacement or a discount, which we accepted. They were very keen to put this right and we were grateful for that.

Bought the personalised BBQ set. The packaging wasn’t too bad and the utensils were ok. I think the wrong wording had been put on one though. But what had annoyed me is the ‘gift card’. From memory it was £2.50. It’s a piece of card with a label stuck on it!!! It’s not even central and it looks like it’s just been plonked on. There’s creases in the label. Very disappointed tbh

I ordered a watch box that arrived slightly wrong. I contacted customer services about my issue and they resolved the problem immediately and sent me out a new item. I even received it the next day! Will recommend and use again excellent customer care.

The worst packaging ever. Box smashed all over, one piece of bubble wrap. Pieces not even packaged together just all free so scratches. One side personalised so looks odd yet not stipulated in description. Response from customer service, flippant and could not care less. Emailed twice and ignored second time. They have money and do not care. Never use again and told my huge circle of family and friends.
Now I have epics missing and the company will not acknowledge me. This item cost me £90. And they do not reply. Please do not use them go straight to Tenderleaf. I have reported this company to them too. Please do not go through what I have. Especially when making memories for cancer child. This company is disgusting.

i brought a personalised bottle open for father’s day and it was great quality exactly what i wanted and my dad loved it. love this company for any occasion so get a nice thoughtful gift. definitely recommend !!
