This organisation is an absolute scam - be warned.
As one of the other reviews state I too ordered a small electronics item for 9.99 Euro, no contact No order confirmation and then email telling me they would take a further payment of 48 Euros within 3 days as I had joined their 'Shopping Site' !!!
I have tried contacting them many times but they hide behind their terms and conditions which effectively say no Refunds.
