The products are not good quality at all. “diamond” band was so yellow and fake I threw it out. I asked for a full refund and they offered a 50% discount refund, which was fine since you have to pay for return shipping. I wore an anklet one time and it black now. Buyer beware. It’s junk

I have been ordering jewelry products from LoveAero for some time now and their customer service in exemplary. They go out of their way to satisfy the customer and make sure that any situation is dealt with to a satisfactory conclusion. I have no doubt in recommending them for jewelry purchases, not only are the products of a high quality but they are extremely easy to deal with and shipping is always very quick.

This is a follow up review on my original order. Love Aero replied me the next day and promised to send me the replacement. However I haven’t received any tracking number as of today. I am still waiting.

The quality and style of the jewlery pieces are great! I initially purchased from another company who made the same claim, however their jewlery did not hold up, and did not look the same as advertised, very flimsy. I purchased several pieces from Love Aero and have worn them daily to work, the pool, and beach. They have held up beautifully, are very sturdy, and look just as nice as when I received them. I plan on purchasing more, definetly worth it.

The products are garbage. EVERYTHING I got turned either BLACK or Brass colored. Looks terrible and cheap. I reported my displeasure and they did offer to give me replacements, which is nice, I guess. But why would I want more of this crappy jewelry? I just want my $ back.

I love my jewelry. I wear it everyday and go to the pool in it. The jewelry always looks like high end pieces. I will continue to order every year.

Ordered with LoveAero May 2026; received my items 2 weeks later. The bangles I ordered were too large. I contacts customer service every day for 1 week to obtain an exchange for the smaller size and have not received a single response back. It was horrible, like it's a ghost company. Very frustrated. [1 star]

Update review July 2026-
This is an addendum to my previous review from June 2026. I received an email from LoveAero customer service where they informed me they did infact email me back and that there must have been some unfortunate issue where I did not receive their response. They also sent a screen shot of their attempt to reach out to me. I looked through my trash/spam boxes and never received their email but for aome reason the messages never came through. Nonetheless, they promptly rectified the problem and were able to send me a replacement for the bangles which I have since received. I am grateful for their response and assistance. Willing to consider shopping with them in the future.

Absolutely stunning bracelets and chains! Their jewelry is elegant, chic, trendy, and beautifully crafted. The clover bracelet I purchased is especially gorgeous, and the quality exceeded my expectations.

I try my best not to leave these kinds of reviews but I am frustrated now. I ordered 4 weeks ago and still have not received my order or any status updates. I’ve emailed the customer service contact several times with no reply. I spent a lot of money on graduation gifts and am disappointed I do not have them. How would a refund be issued on items not received??

So far, so good. It took a little longer than I expected to arrive, but I think the quality is great.

I ordered 1 necklace and 5 bracelets. I have worn 4 of the bracelets every day and fing them a not natural gold...i don't know if they have tarnished, but they are very dark compared to my other gold bracelets. The bangle also is beautiful, but doesn't sit correctly on the wrist, it falls off with every twist of the wrist
UPDATE- They have exchanged all pieces for new ones that seem to be holding up great

Love aero sent broken items, and will NOT respond to my emails. I have sent 3 and crickets is all I have received. AND, one of the other pieces I received has turned black and green along with my arm while wearing it. Buyers beware. Once they have your money you are forgotten about.

Everyone is enjoying the Necklaces and minimalist styles. The selections are good and everyone likes the variety. The guaranty and quality is great, and there are no complaints. Unbelievable prices make my day. Excellent for gifts and daily wear.

Jewelery is gorgeous and well made. I usually only bought solid gold or silver because I hated spending money on a piece that the color or coating would chip off and be a waste of money. But these pieces stand up to time really well and I have put them through allot wear and tear and still looks great. Quality is amazing and the prices are great
