I placed an order earlier in June and as of July 18x I haven’t received the order I was so looking forward to getting this order. So very disappointed

Absolutely love the quality of my pieces! They are beautiful and I can’t wait to buy more.

The product was shipped quickly with tracking number. Arrived on time and was packaged extremely well. The items are wonderful and as advertised. Would buy from them again!! Great job.

This offer of 7 pieces of jewelry at such a wonderful price was hard to not take advantage of. It was difficult to pick only 7 pieces, they were all very fashionable.
I received them several years ago and pleasantly surprised with each piece excellent quality…delighted with my purchase.

Everything! Exceptional customer service. My emails were answered right away. I had an issue with one of my brackets. They replaced it right away. No hassle. The jewelry is beautiful and high quality. I wear it all the time. I perspire and it hasn't tarnished.

Ordered product on 6/15/25.
Today is 7/2/25.
Company states on website 7-12 days for delivery after being “dispatched.” ***
No product has been delivered.
Per the tracking number, only a label has been created. USPS awaiting package.

I asked for a refund. Company stated they couldn’t issue a refund because it shipped.
*** THEY DON’T INFORM YOU THAT ITS COMING FROM CHINA!
No phone number to call (that works.)

Always buy through PayPal so you can dispute the charge.

Like others, I expect to see a reply from the company defending their stance. 😕

I love all the jewelry pieces I ordered. Gave one of the necklace to my granddaughter for my daughter’s wedding and she received all kinds of wonderful compliments. Love Aero also have excellent customer service. They go above and beyond in meeting their customers expectations. I am one satisfied customer and can’t wait to get my 2nd order. Keep making beautiful jewelry for everyone to enjoy.

Great Service! I don't usually take the time to write reviews but I had to sing the praises of Loveaero because not only are their products worth the money but their service is priceless. I had a small issue with a pair of earrings that I ordered and I reached out to them and I actually got a quick response from a real live person! Emily sent me a new pair of earrings and all is well! It was so easy and refreshing to actually get my issue resolved so easily. I will definetly be shopping with this company in the future.

I came across loveaero.co on Meta's advertisement, at first I was skeptical about took me a month before I decided to order because who knows might be a scam or whatsoever and then I end up researching online all that kind of stuff. Because I need to look for a earrings for my wedding that looks and feel qualify without spending a lot of money so I did the deal they the $83 deal. For me it's a steal! Took a little while to receive it but it's all worth it the quality of it is really good! Comes in with the cute little bag. Will order more for gifts in the near future.

Placed order on March 4th and paid for fast delivery. April 8th and still didn't recieve it. Contacted them and they said they were out of stock, then issue with order, then they didn't have the boxes to ship what I have bought. Company is not based in the US. Save yoir money and don't buy its a scam.

I have to say for the price point the quality of jewelry is fabulous! I love that there is so many designs to choose from and they are great for dressing up and down.
My favorite are the custom necklaces I got with my children's birthstone and initial. I love layering them with other necklaces and I have gotten so many compliments when I have worn them.
The details are accurate and I got a great deal when they had a special bundle promotion. Checkout was easy and simple. I choose a standard delivery and my items came on time!
I will definitely be adding some more pieces to my collection from Loveaero!
