Scam. Ordered item and paid online. Nothing received and no response to any of my contact. Clicked on the link to the website on the 'confirmation of order' email and the link is dead. Googled them and the website doesn't exist anymore.

Ordered items, got a phone receipt but no email. Waited a few days then contacted them to see when my items would arrive, and had no response within a week. Then just tried to go on their website and it doesn't exist anymore! And read these reviews which I wish I'd seen earlier. The website looked very genuine, it came up through my google search for the product, which was sold out on other websites - I guess that's how they catch people.

Complete scam, don't use it. No goods, no communication.

OMG same for us as all the others!!! Nothing arrived, money taken, no way to contact, no reply to 3 emails. We live near their "supposed" address, will go along & see what's there. How can these people live with themselves, complete dishonesty. We're calling fraud squad too and going through bank. Why oh why didn't we read the reviews before ordering???

Paid for a busy board, not arrived, no phone number and website no longer available. Total scam, I should have known better.

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from this company. My money taken, no product and no reply to my emails. Should have realised dodgy as no telephone number on a fancy professional- looking website. Did manage to find a mobile via Companies House, but of course that didn't work. Certainly no "love" and definitely no "joy" even though that's their name. Please heed this WARNING and really really AVOID.

Took the money and then very limited communication through email only. Avoided all requests for a phone number. Had to get the money back through the bank. Total scam

I echo the other reviews. Avoid at all costs.They take your money then never respond to your emails (the only way to contact them) when your purchase fails to arrive.

A total disgrace that this company is still trading ,charging for items that don’t even turn up ,no way of contacting them by phone ,as it tells you that a wrong number has been dialled,contacted customer service 3 times and no response,so they have my money and many other peoples too ,

No order received. Emailed them 5 times and been ignored. Been in contact with my bank because this is a scamming company. Do NOT order from here.

Absolutely disgraceful! I am reporting them to the authorities. No order received, no updates and no responses to my 3 emails. Will contact fraud squad and cancel order through bank

I’ve now had an email saying the footees are in the post. This is ten days since I ordered them and paid for 1-2 days delivery. I’ve emailed them three times, cancelled the order (it’s too late now) but the money has gone out, and I’ve heard nothing from the company. I tried an online “chat” this morning - no reply again. I don’t want the footees and I want my money back.
