2 weeks later and no sign of the gift
I spent £30+ on a gift for a bereaved young person. The parcel went missing, and the company offered to send another one recorded delivery which has still not arrived. Recorded delivery is not ideal as if the person is not in, they will be inconvenienced further in order to collect the parcel from the sorting office, at a time, when I don't want to cause further trouble for this person. I have not been offered any compensation for this poor service, and have received a fairly concrete response from the people at the company with very little flexibility about options. I have been told by them that they can't be responsible for the failings of their chosen courier. Of course that is true but the customer is clearly definitely not responsible! I have not been given a refund, or been offered any compensation, while the company takes it up with the courier. I would NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. I have wasted a lot of time tracking a parcel and emailing the company. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SITE.
