ABSOLUTELY SCAMMING. Put a double payment for my purchase. I've stopped my card, opened a case of fraud, via my bank.

SCAM. Ordered 3 necklaces in Feb23, have not received anything! Its now Sep23 and no one replies to my emails anymore. Parcel shows as delivered on tracking app, however, no evidence, cannot tell me who signed for it.

Big con ,cheap discoloured earings . Paid £36 plus postage . Cant return item ,please dont waste your money with this site.

I order earrings from them. I received it and the one did not close properly. I contacted them and sent them photos but I received no replies at all.

I am very disgusted

Ordered 2 pairs of earrings in 30 April and still haven't received it
I did email and they replied saying my address and contact number was incorrect so i resent it and am still waiting for the response.

This is definitely a scam. I paid and according to the tracking number, my parcel is delivered, except it's not. Their Instagram profile is also removed, and no correspondence is possible.

Ordered the 10th of February and received it today (08 March) - Keep in mind they are overseas and I am in Mpumalanga, South Africa. Quality is above my expectations! They are definitely not a scam!!!

This company is a scam, they don't even contact customers to update them about delivery, They promised to deliver my necklace but they didn't. Don't waste your money and buy from them.

I had a problem when I received the wrong necklace and at first they took ages to reply but the correct necklace has been received and it us lovely. Just be patient and they def
respond to direct messages on their Facebook page better than emails

Unfortunately, I bought something from.Lovefinity before reading the reviews.
This company is an absolute con, they said they sent the necklace I bought. But there is no tracking number or contact number to follow up with. Haven't heard anything from them.
Do not waste your money buying anything from them.

I ordered a bracelet with customized heart with a picture of my daughter. The item arrived from China to South Africa with Buffalo logistics company in one month. I absolutely love it. It's not a scam.

Was due for delivery end of November, arrived today 30th December, quality not what I was expecting, you literally have to put your eyeball to the glass, and do not pay extra for the box, R110 for a small R5 eating box, the -za was misleading, thinking it was a local dealer.

bought a customized heart ,my order was suppose to be delivered on the 22 december then changed to the 28 december , tracking my order shows it has been delivered but i have not received anything , can someone whom received a delivery from them in capetown south africa please help me with the courier service that delivered

Is this a scam? I ordered Four Leaf Cliver necklace on the 29 November and tracking keeps moving the dates- the expected date now 29 Dec to 4 Jan. Is this a scam?

Still believe a scam as the date now moved to 1 Jan to 8 Jan?

Also ordered 2 bracelets, and when I am tryng to track the order, the website can nout be found. I am a review reader, but was so excited to order that it slipped my mind.
Lesson learned. I will definitely warn every single person I know that this might be some sort of scam as I also don't get a reply on my emails.

I bought an necklace and I am waiting and waiting. I mailed them and all they reply, it on the way, but if you track the order, it has not even left China!!! On the website they make a statement of quick delivery. Just false advertising, really very poor service!!

We use Buffalo South Africa for deliveries in South Africa. Packages are often delivered within 4-10 working days. I hope this answers your question. Please do not hesitate to contact us again if necessary.
The tracking app shows it will take 21 days. I can't believe the poor service I got from them.
Another reply from them:
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Your order is currently with buffalo south africa. Please contact them to collect or schedule delivery of your package. We remain at your disposal in case of need.
The package is still in China, how can you just lie to your customers like this!!!
15/12/2022 - Still have not received my package and customer service just ignores my emails!
17/12/2022 - Still no package, They send me a mail trying to convince me my package will arrive soon, tracking app shows it in transit and will only arrive after 01/01/2023!!!
Today is 19/12/2022 and my order still has not arrived!!!
The website report that my parcel has been delivered successfully, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING!!
20/12/2022- Still have not received my package. PATHETIC SERVICE!
22/12/2022 - Still no package, I think it is all just a scam!!
23/12/2022 - Still waiting!!
24/12/2022- Day before Christmas and still now package that I ordered a month in advance. PLEASE IF YOU READ THIS REVIEW, DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
29/12/2022- I finally received my product, a necklace with a photo inside a gem, that is so scratched that you can't almost see it. This really inferior products and extremely poor service. Please don't waste your money on them!!
