Great experience
The quality of the goods is first class but what is even better is the personal touch from the team.
A couple of the items I ordered were out of stock, I got an email and then txt firstly apologising then helping me to find alternatives.
You don’t get that personal touch in many places, awesome stuff.

Purchased a hoodie as a present for a family member; great item but a size smaller than wanted. As we were away on holiday, we fell outside of the 14 days returns policy, however LFC were kind enough to extend the window to facilitate an exchange. Top customer service.
