Haven’t received my items yet but I made a mistake when making my account and had 1 digit off of my correct zip code. I messaged on the app and discord with 3 days notice before my parcel shipped to have them adjust. I was told multiple times that ‘the warehouse team was notified and will make the changes before any package ships. They never did and didn’t respond on discord u til my packages had shipped, now too late to fix the address. Hoping my stuff shows up because their customer service is a mess

I just received my order and I must admit that I did not expect it to be such good quality things. Everything from the moment of ordering to the moment of receipt was very efficient and I will definitely use it again and again .

First and last tine ordered something from Lovegobuy. 2 pairs of trainers looks alright when arrived then after few weeks got faulty, both really crap quality. Waste of money at all, dont think you ll get same quality as original trainers from Nike or Adidas shop. They only looks similar to original but quality is just unbelievable bad.

It was really perfect everything has a good quality and looks really good everyone should use Lovegobuy!😄

Buyed a jacket for my dad, all was good. Shipping price cost a lot because is a jacket but lovegobuyed gived me solutions reducing 75% price of shipping.
