SCAM ! Don’t buy here

this is a absolute scam. I ordered over $1000 aud worth of items just to find out that I'm unable to use any of the available shipping lines advertised besides one of them that costs $150 aud to ship 2kg. also the processing times are horrendous.

Bought something, Didn't Want it because i thought how much shipping will cost yes they're very bad They're a MIDDLE MAN they should NOT be Charging You more than 1-5 USD for Shipment Cancelled immediatelly Did a Strike thru Paypal They told me i will get Refunded if I let go Of the Case I contacted Paypal To not press Charges A second ago i told them The Case Was closed They Blocked me On whatsapp + Support on the Website and Never texted back Its a very Low Quality Website Don't and I mean it Do NOT Order From them Or else You will just lose you're Money.

After nearly two months of my order going unfulfilled and being repeatedly ignored by Lovegobuy’s customer service, I finally got a refund—but only after publicly calling them out. Now they’re trying to charge me $25 just to return my own money because they couldn’t deliver. Be extremely cautious ordering from them. I won’t be making that mistake again.

They have great services, every item that i ordered was delivered to me in maximum 1 month, but take care, the product was in 3 different countries.

Never buy from this agent. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes 1 pair is completely missing the other was simply put in a bag without a box and now has dents.

Ordered two hauls so far and everything came perfectly idk why everyone is complaining..

One of the worst agents so far.
1:they pay you for 5 stars ratings, and this is very concerning about their service.
2: so freaking slow service, if you order a product, it will be accepted in warehouse maybe after 2 weeks if you are lucky.
3: there is NO SUPPORT. If you contact the customer service they just tell you to be patient or that they will solve the problem asap, doing nothing to solve it. If you want to solve a problem in 1 day it is impossible my brother. They give you 1 reply a day. So to have a full conversation you have to wait at least 2 weeks to know what is happening. Going back to other agents.

I couldn't track my package as expected, and the agents were unable to provide the information in a timely manner when I needed it. The service and customer support have declined, making me consider switching to another provider.
