If you like eating compressed cocoa....this is the bar for you!

I purchased the Chocolate Lover's Variety Pack and the Chewy Nutty Variety Pack. The first bar I opened (Peanut Butter from the Chocolate Lover's Pack) featured crumbled off chocolate coating. I took a bite and it instantly removed all saliva from my mouth. It was like eating compressed cocoa. I tried to chew and was not able to swallow it without fear of choking. I spit it out, and decided it was an anomaly. Two days later, I tried the mint chocolate. Exact same experience....only with a hint of mint. I emailed the company detailing the experience I had (my total order for three boxes of bars was over $100). They claim to have a money back guarantee on their website. But if you read it. It's $40.00 per invoice, and you have to fill out paperwork, etc. I receive no response AT ALL to my email. I send a second email. I also received no response. I'm calling it a lesson learned for myself...but buyers beware - you need to know you like them before buying - because once they've suckered you into buying, you'll never hear from them again....aside from the multiple times a week that they send emails asking you to review their product. I had not completed any reviews prior to emailing them twice. After the second email and ZERO response, I am now giving them the reviews that they can't stop requesting.
