We booked a round trip from Hamburg to Tunisia through LH agency, and to return to Hamburg. However first they change the time of departure - fine but after some time, we were shocked to find out that our return flight was changed to Berlin, which is 320 km away from Hamburg where our car is parked. This was not what we agreed upon. The original confirmation was for a round trip to and from Hamburg. Be cautious and double-check all details if you decide to book with this agency. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.This mistake is not accepted!!!

Booking was easy, even though I made the mistake with the luggage, but still can recommend Weloveholidays for booking a trip. In our case, we went to Florida and all turned out very decent, hotel, flight… I don’t understand the bad reviews. Would book here again 👌

Will damage your mental health
Under no circumstances should you book a holiday with loveholidays. They will make you hate holidays. They have categorically lied to me and they go OUT of their way to avoid talking to people. Their 'internet only' style is their way of avoiding any customer engagement. I'm just so angry with myself that I didn't go online and search "loveholidays refund hell" before booking with them. They hide some very nasty things in their terms and conditions that they do not tell you on the booking page. They rely on you not reading it. They pretend to care about customers but they hate their customers. They love taking money from them and treating them with zero respect. I've had more respect from a brick wall. They are a horrendous anonymous business that makes me despair for the future of holiday companies and business in general. AVOID! and don't just take my word for it. Search the internet, read moneysaving expert, do a tiny bit of research before parting with one penny. On the surface you might save a little money but honestly, it's not worth the risk. AVOID. Interesting that there are 9 entries for loveholidays on trustpilot. They are all the same and they should all be avoided at all costs.

es tut uns Leid, dass am Flughafen für dich Zusatzkosten entstanden sind.
Einige Fluggesellschaften unterscheiden zwischen einem kleinen und einem großen Handgepäck. Auch bei der von dir gebuchten Fluggesellschaft Eurowings ist dies der Fall, weshalb für dich während des Buchungsprozesses die Maße des kleinen Handgepäcks 30 x 40 x 25 cm unter dem Informations-Punkt angegeben wurden. Wird dann z.B. ein Trolley mitgenommen, fällt dieser unter das "Große Handgepäck" und es werden am Flughafen entsprechende Gebühren genommen. Da es hier oftmals zu Verwechselungen kommt, weisen wir unsere Kunden zusätzlich in der Buchungsbestätigung darauf hin, sich vor Reiseantritt bei der Fluggesellschaft über Vorschriften in Bezug auf das Handgepäck, wie z.B. die Abmessungen, zu informieren.
Wir hoffen, diese Information ist dir für deine zukünftigen Reisen hilfreich und wünschen dir noch einen schönen Resturlaub.

I want to give a 10+++ to Armend. He is always so professional but friendly at the same time. He helped me with a ticket change and he did everything he could to make it happen. Everyone else is always very helpful and professional but Armend beats them all!!! I wish I could only deal with him. I love how honest he is about being able to help or not, but if he can help, he will take his time to make sure the customer is happy. I am happy to book my trips through this company because of him!
