The hotel is clean and well maintained
The hotel is clean and well maintained. However, the food is absolutely unacceptable and far below the standard expected of an all-inclusive resort.
I travel frequently and almost always choose all-inclusive hotels. This is the first all-inclusive hotel where I have gone to bed hungry because there was simply nothing enjoyable to eat.
The food seems to consist mainly of processed or pre-prepared products. The meat has very little flavor, and the same dishes are served for both lunch and dinner with almost no variety.
Another major disappointment is the beach. It is very rocky, making it difficult to swim, and it is certainly not suitable for children or families.
For these reasons, I will not return to this hotel, and unfortunately I cannot recommend it to anyone else.

For the money, it was definitely worth it. But if you want to have a nice all inklusive hotel and are planning to spend your time mostly in the hotel I wouldn’t recommend. But if you are planning to explore the island and have a clean room then I can recommend. The food is okay nothing special but it wasn’t bad. Pool area very small but it is close to the beach about 10 min walk.

My experience was disappointing. The room was old and the air conditioning was not working, so it was extremely hot. We could not stay in the room and had to ask for another one. The bathroom was also old and had a bad smell. In addition, there were no glasses for children during meals, even though we had paid for all-inclusive. The only positive part of our stay was that the staff were friendly and helpful.

Horrid, Arrived at the Concordia Celes Hotel in Okurcalar, Alanya Turkey (Tip: stay away from that place) Place was dirty, smelly, repetitive food for 2 weeks, speaking to reception, guest relations, The guest relations manager was helpful on the hotels side due to him telling us that in the event of an hotel change, the hotel would not stand in the way, but that the change was hanging on the shoulders of the travel agency, weloveholidays, who did nothing at all, called at arrival when we saw the state of the hotel and did not get a reply from anyone at the agency until after maybe a week, when all of us already got sick, Cant believe how they can let a hotel in this condition be on the site, guys, book with someone more reliable like TUI.

Avoid this hotel – one of the worst holiday experiences I’ve had
I stayed at this hotel in July 2026, and I would strongly advise others not to book it.
The cleanliness was unacceptable. The rooms and common areas did not feel properly cleaned, and the overall standard was far below what I expected.
The food was terrible. It honestly tasted like frozen food that had simply been reheated rather than freshly prepared. On one occasion, pasta was served with nearly half of it still undercooked. The quality was consistently poor throughout our stay.
The service was equally disappointing. The staff showed very little interest in helping guests, and the hotel offered almost no real customer service. They couldn’t even help us arrange a taxi for excursions, so we had to rent a car ourselves.
To make matters worse, we even had to pay to use hotel towels, which felt unreasonable for a hotel of this type. The drinks served were also of very poor quality.
The only positive parts of the holiday were the sunshine and the sea—and those had nothing to do with the hotel or the booking company.
I cannot recommend this hotel and would never stay here again.

Städningen var under all kritik. Varken rummen eller de gemensamma utrymmena kändes ordentligt städade, och den allmänna standarden var mycket låg.
Maten var katastrofal. Den smakade som fryst mat som bara värmts upp, inte som nylagad mat. Vid ett tillfälle serverades pasta där nästan hälften fortfarande var okokt. Maten höll genomgående en mycket låg kvalitet.
Servicen var lika dålig. Personalen visade väldigt lite intresse för att hjälpa gästerna och hotellet erbjöd i princip ingen service. De kunde inte ens hjälpa oss att boka en taxi till våra utflykter, vilket gjorde att vi fick hyra bil själva.
Dessutom fick man betala extra för hotellhanddukar, vilket känns orimligt. Även drycken som serverades höll mycket låg kvalitet.
Det enda positiva med semestern var solen och havet – och det hade ingenting med hotellet eller researrangören att göra.
Jag kan inte rekommendera detta hotell och kommer aldrig att återvända.

the hotel was beyond reproach
the hotel was beyond reproach. no towels for the beach or pool and that was not stated in the description. a man tricked us into going to a bar "only 15 minutes away," but it took 45 minutes in a bus with drunken Russians and the volume was extremely loud. then we had to pay for the trip, entrance and some juice and he said he had said everything which he had not. at the hotel there was a man who ran a kiosk but was more interested in girls than anything else.
