I am trying to add my flight booking to…

I am trying to add my flight booking to the Ryanair app. It asks for the reservation number I cannot find it on any document received. Why is this simple piece of information so hard to locate. Not impressed. I’m going to have to ring you to find out.

Great experience so far!

We have booked a few holidays now with Loveholidays and we have not been disappointed. We hope it remains the same and we are looking forward to a great holiday experience in August.

A real let down from the start

Got to Spain had to wait an hour for the shuttle got to hostel no information before I went where to get keys. Number I got did not work so ask a lady in a shop. Could not get hold of anyone from love holidays or the hostel. Finally sorted thanks to the lady in the shop. Shuttle on way home got email to say picking up from another place I sent message and tried to call to find out what time. No response so I had to get a taxi to the airport. People I spoke to went with booking.com all information was sent to them so sorry but you cost me an extra €80 so think I will go with booking.com next time

I’ve never booked through loveholidays…

I’ve never booked through loveholidays before and, if I’m honest, I’d always assumed they were more expensive than other travel companies, so I’d usually look elsewhere first. Wow, was I wrong!

I started by browsing their website for a last-minute family holiday and was then contacted by Shannon Wintle from their booking team to see if I needed any assistance. From start to finish, Shannon was absolutely exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us find the perfect holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, and she took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed.

What impressed me most was her dedication. Shannon was determined to make sure our family holiday was secured before prices changed and even continued helping us while working from home to ensure everything was booked within the timeframe. That level of commitment and customer care is incredibly rare these days and made a huge difference to our experience.

Not only did she find exactly what we were looking for, but she also managed to save us money in the process. I honestly can't remember the last time I received service this good, especially from a travel company.

Shannon is an absolute credit to loveholidays and a real asset to the team. Thanks to her outstanding support and exceptional customer service, I'll definitely be booking all of my future holidays through loveholidays and will be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you, Shannon, for making what could have been a stressful process completely effortless and enjoyable!

Have booked through love holidays about 5 times and been spot on every time, no issues whatsoever. would highly recommend ! prices always the best and provide the best service👌

I found it very difficult to change the…

I found it very difficult to change the date for our holiday, which was entirely my error. However, speaking with numerous colleagues in one email chain - all of which gave differing answers was quite difficult and stressful

I look forward to going on my holiday
