I have been a Loveholidays customer for…
I have been a Loveholidays customer for many years and have booked multiple holidays with them. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed that there is no loyalty programme for long-term customers.
It would be great if regular customers could collect points, rewards or vouchers with each booking and then use them towards their next holiday. After booking with the same company for years, some form of loyalty benefit would definitely make customers feel more appreciated.
I hope Loveholidays considers introducing a rewards programme for returning customers in the future.
Apart from that, everything is okay and the prices are good.
