I bought an item from love honey and…their customer service is awful.
I bought an item from love honey and wanted to talk to customer services about it. I have emailed in, rang three times and no response. Apparently when you email they say they will reply within 5 days.
Not having a working phone contact number is extremely frustrating and detrimental to the customer experience. Once my issue is resolved I certainly won't bother with this company again.

Lovehoney is a poor substitute for the original Tracey Cox!
I ordered the Tracy Cox brand and you sent the Lovehoney brand. Your Billie in your customer service department told me they were the same contents. I have tried both and you definitely left some ingredients out of your lovehoney product because it isn’t even close to an equivalent replacement! If you are going to replace Tracy Cox lube’s don’t go cheap on the ingredients and try to convince customers they are the same! They are not!

The QR code is not recognized by the U.S. Postal Service and I wrote your customer service team on this over a week ago with no reply. Your lack of response if very disappointing to help me resolve this issue and with a 30 day return policy to contend with, I wonder whether by default I will end up with the item because of your lack of response...in which case I will dispose of it and with no other choice than to absorb the expense.
