Delayed chocolates
I loved the experience of ordering and the products look really but I feel let down by the delivery process. I ordered chocolates on 11th August and 25th August I still don't have them. This means the are now caught up in the postal strike and I won't be able to get them until next week. These were a Bank Holiday treat and I'm now having to buy something else. Even when I contacted Jamii I did not get a response.

Hi Sarah, thank you for giving a review. We do feel as this is an unfair review, as you got in touch with us via email regarding your order and we got back within 24 hours to give you an update. We explained via email that as the chocolates are batch-made, they were always going to take two weeks to deliver, and that this information was provided to you a few times prior to purchase, and in your order receipt.
Delivery was actually attempted at your address exactly 2 weeks after your ordered was placed, which was within the estimated delivery time provided on your order receipt. You also placed your order prior to Royal Mail strikes being announced, and so unfortunately nothing could have been done by our seller to bring forward the delivery date.
We are really sorry you're now unable to collect your chocolates due to the strike, however this is something that we don’t have any control over.

A wonderful shopping experience
Always a wonderful shopping experience with Jamii. I have been introduced to a great number of businesses and creators through their marketplace. They also offer the use of discount codes directly on a creator's website to access a wider range of their products. On the few occasions when I have had issues with their website or an unintended billing query, Jamii have always been so helpful in resolving the problems quickly. I recommend highly them!

Jamii is a great platform with loads of amazing products! I bought a few items for the home and for personal care over the past few years, very happy with them. In a nutshell: quality, passion, talented makers, sustainability/attention to the environment.
I’ve recently discovered some delicious vegan shakes, which I’m becoming addicted to :) so I’ve just bought them for the third time. I could get 15% discount with my Jamii card (actually I got a discount every time I bought something), which is the icing on the cake. Purchasing online through Jamii website has always been easy and straightforward. (It’s just a shame I couldn’t visit them at Boxpark because I was away on holiday that weekend!) Highly recommended!

Love my headwrap
Love my headwrap. The fabric is beautiful and the colours and design are identical to the image on the website.
Matches very well with the Zuri dress I bought for my daughter’s wedding. Only problem is, I don’t know if, as an old white woman, I’m brave enough to wear it in public. 🤷🏼♀️
