I ordered the photo braclet and contacted the company straight away to see if they could produce and send my item out as a priority. It was for my wife, who has lost her mum and it was a photo of them both from our wedding. It arrived on the funeral date and the tears from my wife's eyes said it all.
It turned up 3 days earlier than expected and i can not praise the production and delivery team enough. They went above and beyond. A totally 5 star service

I ordered the Morse Code necklace, arrived in good time. It was for myself so I wasn’t overly bothered on it coming quickly. The chain is slightly shorter than I like my necklaces to be so I asked if they sold extenders. Cindy was incredibly helpful over email sorting one out for me!
