This is the 2nd piece of unique jewellery I have purchased from here. I bought 2 bracelets with the photo centrepiece and both recipients loved them. The order process is very easy and the quality is good value. They both came in a lovely gift box and delivery was fairly decent, just over 2 weeks. Good things take time. So for me, it was realising that it's not going to be an instant make, the process and delivery takes time so even though they give you a time indication its only a rough guide. I did get updates but it was when the necklace was being finalised and ready to ship out. I uploaded a fingerprint that was from my deceased Dad so I expected it to be different. It was different from the picture you see online but in a good way because it was exactly what my finger print showed and that to me, was exactly what I wanted. They captured the exact print and I'm really grateful for that.
The pendant was a tear drop Shape and honestly at first I wasn't sure what to expect as the box presentation on the outside was beautiful, as I open the box, the chain is in an individual clear bag and the pendant in another- half expected the necklace to be ready made but I'm really glad it wasnt, I liked the fact that I could put the necklace together myself and you can tell it was individually personalised.
Quality wise, you can't fault this at all for the price and the end result is wonderful. I'm really happy with this. The delivery itself was by Royal mail and that was pretty quick once send out. I ordered two pendants and like the fact they placed them in a rectangular shape, side by side instead of bunching them up like a sqaure box.It was compact and prevented damage with the bubble wrapping envelope package.
