Really poor quality and customer service. There were issues with both items i purchased in terms of the quality, not being finished properly and also the prints being off so you could barely see one inside a bracelet. Their long winded customer service which took weeks of me sending photos, uploading videos, back and forth via email to basically come back with "we're sorry" and suggestions of how I could fix myself was only topped by an email stating they'd issued a refund, which turned out to be false and no refund was given. Honestly I would avoid this company, the quality of their items is terrible, and if something goes wrong, don't expect a resolution or timely outcome.

If you're buying a gift for a loved one, look elsewhere.

+ something misleading that they shouldn't really be doing but tells you something about their company. When they send you a follow up email asking for a review, if you click 4 or 5 stars it takes you to trustpilot, if you click 3 stars or below, you're sent to a dead link on their website. So don't trust the good reviews here as any bad ones are filtered away.

Very happy with my purchase. (Photo pendant). The photo of my mum and myself is so clear in the pendant. I ordered the small round pendant with the Smokey glass. It’s subtle yet beautiful. Arrived very quickly and kept up to date along the way. Excellent.

My honest review on this company is that they cant keep up with demand, dont say 2-5 working days to make item and 5 working days to dispatch if it takes a month and you need to chase it up. There was good communication once an email was sent and ive had 'urgent' replacements sent out but that was 2 weeks ago and they arrived today. If you are purchasing, order with plenty of time as both mothers day and a birthday were both missed as it took so long to arrive. They are pretty dont get me wrong but they are not easy to see inside and ive used all the methods they suggest. Yes they are nice pieces but il never order again. As they are a company alot of people order from to buy bereavement and or keepsakes its not great

Was looking for a keepsake of my Son i lost last year came across this website saw the bracelets they looked really nice with the stone containing a photo of your choice . It was so easy to upload a photo & on receiving my chosen bracelet it was beautiful so well made very pleased with how good the photo looks inside the glass stone, the bracelet is very nice, I love it so happy with my purchase &didnt have to wait too long for Delivery Thank-you .

Company site was easy to use. Lovely products, the bracelet is very pretty and the perfect gift.

Made a purchase of the necklace fo my daughter, there seemed to be marks on the image and love jewellery kept requesting a video, I sent one though and everything went quiet. The fast delivery stated is also well out of the guidelines and I missed giving it to my daughter in time. They also do not show you all the reviews on products on their website, I completed a review and they are yet to post it it seems that they only post above 4 star reviews, surely this isn’t right am they shouldn’t trading standards have to show all reviews?
