Complete Scam

They took my money and never sent anything, not even a reply to any attempts to reach out to them and find out what's going on. It's been close to a month now since the promised delivery date.

It's a vegan lie! A scam!

My friend ordered a whole collection for his wife,after she contracted a rash he tested it in the lab and found out the whole "vegan" claim is an actual lie!!! That is pure scam! You can find much better products and cheaper online

Lovelace is goths best friend 🦇

I love the white foundation, easy to apply. The lipstick is long lasting and the eyeshadow colours (blood countess) are so pretty, I received a broken foundation once and the owner was so sweet and helped me get a new one🌹🖤

Worst experience ever

Hello,

I never write reviews but this time I just can not live with myself if I don't. I am honestly just so shocked about my whole experience with this business. I ordered 2 palettes, one of them was a preorder one and it was meant to be shipped out early december. Since I own a Business myself I know and understand that there can be major Delays with preorders. I wrote them an Email and an Instagram Message and I did not receive an Answer for 6 whole days plus there was no activity on their account during this time. The owner left my message on read and eventually answered. Turns out that my palettes were not shipped yet and I got told that there was a Delay with the delivery from the manufactur of one of the paletted. I get that but what I don't understand at all is how can you not tell customers this? Make an Instagram Story or reach out to them to tell them that there is a big Delay. I told the owner this and i got left on read again and then eventually she just said she refunded the money and didn't even apologised or tried to explain or anything. They just ignored my message about the telling the Customers part. Very very unfriendly and bad customer service I never experienced something like this before. It is just not professional.

Sent package 2 weeks after order

- She didnt give out the correct track link despite me repeatedly asking for it for two weeks after ordering it. She did try to correct it, by sending the same link and said my package had been sent, which I didnt doubt were true. It was just that the link didnt work as it didnt show any info of my package. Not even that they had recieved it.
Once I recieved the correct trackable link it looked completely different from what I had gotten previously. Like a complete different page. It also showed all info I had been requesting the past two weeks but it also showed she had just sent the package the very same day I recieved the correct working link and it had been sent by express. Package was delivered a week after that.

- lipstick arent bite proof and they doesnt last kissing, eating food or drinks.
