They are thieves

The company was going bankrupt, they deliberately took my order on April 12, 2021 knowing full well that they would never send it to me. I hope that legal proceedings will be launched against the owner and manager. I am ready to contribute to this file, it cannot go unscathed, it would not be fair.

Took the money, then nothing!!!!

Great communication until the order was placed, then ignored emails and phone calls and didn't provide the goods. They obviously knew they were going under, but still took the money - website now offline. Luckily ordered using Tesco Credit Card, so got a refund under section 75.

Have to agree with your other…

Have to agree with your other reviewers. Order given, and paid for and not received. No response to phone calls and emails and now I learn that they have ceased trading. Lesson learned - CHECK WITH TRUST PILOT FIRST.

Appalling

Appalling - taking orders; people’s money and not fulfilling them or responding to emails. Absolute thieves. Website since gone offline, clearly unable to fulfil orders but still taking them before completely going offline. Had to claim money back through bank which has since been reinstated to me, thanks to HSBC. Would urge anyone else robbed by these clowns to do the same.

No goods provided, no response from sales team.

Order placed in good faith on 26/05. Product shown as in stock. No dispatch of goods, and no response to emails.

Site since transitioned to "maintenance mode". Company were clearly taking orders beyond a time whereby they were in a position to fulfil them. I consider this theft.

Lynsey Bradshaw shame on you.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Worst online company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a light then returned it then they ignored my emails for a refund. Lucky for me I paid via PayPal and I got my money back in 10 days.

Ordered table lampshades way back in …

Ordered table lampshades way back in November last year. After months of lying promises by email, they arrived from China, the wrong sized. Now I cant find lampstands to fit them. Lovelights appear to have closed down. I'll just have to bin them. Cheers then you horrible company

Avoid Love lights at all costs!
After ordering some lights online I heard nothing. Items never dispatched, no reply to emails and not even able to leave a voicemail as it is full when you call! Thank goodness I paid through PayPal and was able to obtain a full refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

No goods, no refund, no contact.

Ordered over £400 of goods, no mention of delays or not being in stock. Four weeks later, still nothing. The phone is never answered, emails unanswered; and the worse thing is, you cannot claim a charge back on your card because they use a third party payment house (Klarna).
I now avoid any company that uses Klarna, because you have no comeback from your card company.
I have to wait another two weeks before Klarna can open a case. His knows how long before or if I get my money back.

This company is nothing but a lying…

This company is nothing but a lying joke. They don’t have stock of what they say they do and they don’t respond to emails when requiring why your order hasn’t arrived after 3 months of ordering. Please do not waste your time or money. Complete con artist.

Proceed with caution…

Reading the others I’m also of the feeling these guys have gone out of business. I ordered some strip led lighting and most of the order arrived fine back in early Feb. A single item was missing and despite multiple attempts at getting it - with some successful acknowledgment that it was on its way - I’ve never received it.

I’d proceed with caution before ordering here.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. Orders 4 lights in December (5 MONTHS AGO!) have been more than patient with company. Sent a few e-mails asking for an expected date - the last one said goods had been received and would be out for delivery - that was nearly a month ago!! Have since e-mailed asking for a refund and surprise surprise no one has been in contact since. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Order mid March still not arrived

Order mid March still not arrived. Was able to get through on the phone once (your order will be with you next week), subsequent calls went unanswered, one email from Lynsey Bradshaw (who appears to be sole Director) saying the phone lines are down but she would chase supplier and goods would be with me probably within the week. Another month and four emails later there has been no delivery and no response. Conscious there may be some personal problem preventing Lynsey from calling or mailing I have waited to give her a chance tp respond. But I can't afford to lose £170. Given from other reviews it seems I am not alone so have reported to Stockton-on-Tees trading standards in the hope they can at least stop any more orders being taken. I do hope there is nothing more seriously wrong.

Has this company gone bust? We ordered a very expensive light in February and have regularly been fobbed off with excuses why it hasn't been delivered. Have phoned and sent emails with no reply. Does anybody know what's happening?

TERRIBLE COMPANY

TERRIBLE COMPANY. ordered lamp, kept getting fobbed off about not being able to find the lamp. Now they’re not answering calls or emails. I will be driving to Middlesbrough to ask for a refund and I live in London!! The principle of it!!!
