Absolutely horrendous! My order is currently 3 months late and I’ve heard absolutely nothing from them. No confirmation email of delivery at all. I’ve tried emailing their email over the last 3 months and have had no response. Completed scam

Ordered 3 pieces, didnt receive confirmation of order and money was taken out of my paypal, asked multiple times about my orders and received vague and late answers, after the shipping was late 2 weeks off the latest exstimated date i requested for refund after i read some reviews calling the site a "scam", 1 month after i received the pieces and the quality is hoestly pretty good

I ordered my cover a month out from when I needed it. It was still 4 weeks late. 2 months to get this album cover when I could have made it myself.

The ads show the custom covers as glossy, glass like material - what I got was plastic. I ordered it with no frame, and yet.. it came with a frame.

It looks cheap and is not worth any more time and energy to try and get ahold of the company. They never respond via email (there is no number) and only through Instagram DM's.

There is black residue all over it and I am completely dissatisfied. A waste of money, go make it yourself.

Shocking company, complete scam, do not buy anything from them. I was lucky enough to get my money back through PayPal. Be aware!

THEY SUCK!!!! It took two months for my order to get here! They do not want to send me a new one or a refund! They have no phone number and it's a scam! They are ignoring my emails and the product is not glass it's plastic and all scratched up!! They are not answering me anymore and when I try to submit a message online I get an error. I am soooooo disappointed

I bought a 8x10" album cover, which arrived damaged with scratches. After contacting them, I got sent a new album cover, which looked even worse than the first one.

Besides the scratches, on the various ads you'll see on Instagram for instance, you'll see a album cover which looks like glass and is completely transparent. What you'll receive is plastic, which look like trash when you look through it – definitely not what you see on the ads.

I'd definitely not recommend this company. Please don't give them any of your money.

Placed an order for two on the 11th of August, tracking website says that the information had been recieved but i havent heard from the company nor have i recieved the prodict i ordered. Company doesn't seem legit whatsoever.

I wouldn’t recommend this website. I ordered mine close to three months ago and I still haven’t received it. I’ve been getting some help from their customer service but it’s all been very vague. I’m assuming it’s a scam at this point but I’m holding out hope that it will arrive eventually.....

biught the item, sent an email a week after the purchase since i hadnt gotten any updates. Received what seemed like a professional email from a certain Kennedy. No phone number, only a weird email. Email said mistake in the warehouse, order will be reprinted and re sent out. 2 weeks later and i contact them on insta and they give me the same answer: problem with the warehouse, your order will be remade and sent out in 1-2 days.

FAKE ASS COMPANY

Very bad. They did not send me a confirmation email even though my card was charged. I reached out to them on their contact page on their website, and no reply. I did not receive an order, tracking info or anything. I regret having purchased from them.

Order was a bit late, but finally arrived and i'm very satisfied with the final product
