Scammed me when I booked a property in Portugal with…

I booked a property in Portugal with this company through booking.com
It had building works next door and constant noise the whole time.
They were difficult to get a hold of. They called me a liar and said there was no building works going on.
Please do not trust this company especially through booking.com
They don't get back to you and they are very unprofessional. Don't waste your money having anything to do with them. They are scammers
