I read some of the negative reviews on here, and I personally think that they were written by Australian Government. I have ordered from these guys a lot, and they have always delivered. I live in Australia and yes customs did seize one of my orders. However the customer service with these guys reshipped my order after I took a photo of seizure notice and sent it to them via email. No problem with any other order n orders take around 3wks to be received here in Australia. Highly recommend buying from these guys.

I would rate this company with negative stars if I could. Never order from here. I have spent over $100 and never received anything from this company. They never answer your emails inquiries on where your product is or if it has shipped. Complete scam!!!!

I have been buying from this company since last summer. Im extremely happy with the service they provide and product quality. My orders are always shipped within 24 hours and they are really quick in answering emails and solving any issues ! Highly recommended!!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. absolute SCAM. Promises on their 'FAQ' page that they will reship for free if your order is seized by customs.. well this happened to me and happens quite regularly if you order from outside UK as it is a prohibited substance in many countries. I emailed customer support and got NO response.. 6-7 emails later and still NOTHING..no reply at all and no reshipment. Absolute scam of a company that will take your money and never reply. Use other websites that are actually legitimate.

Excelent service and communication. The first package got lost in transit but I know it wasn`t lovemelanotan fault. These guys sent another package in no time.

The company got in touch with me and were very apologetic- they have shipped my goods express post and I have received them!

Good fast service, always can pay stright with credit card. They ware off for some time but now back, love they product best quality MT2 available on market

Still waiting on the product 5 weeks later . I recieved a tracking number and said product was with customs but now tracking has stopped working . I have emailed company several times to ask to resend the product without any reply to any of my emails. So annoyed . I paid over 100 pounds.

I will update later if I happen to receive product.

I placed an order from this company and it never turned up. I emailed Customer Service to be told another item would be sent out and indeed it was. However it was completely smashed and unusable. I emailed the company again several times and never heard anything at all! This is not a reputable company and I would strongly advise against using. I know use a different supplier who has been fantastic! Love Melanotan should not be trading!
