My husband ordered a gift from this…

Please do not waste your time or money with this establishment. The customer service is beyond unprofessional and disrespectful.

My husband ordered a gift from here and paid extra for next-day shipping. Not only was it not shipped the next day, but we didn’t even receive a tracking number. We had to reach out ourselves just to get basic shipping information. That alone was frustrating.

When the item finally arrived, it was incorrect. The engraved date was wrong, and the rose itself looked sloppy and cheaply made. For the price charged, the quality was extremely disappointing.

When my husband reached out to address the issue, instead of taking accountability, the owner responded by saying that I, his wife, “didn’t love him enough” to accept a poorly made gift with the wrong anniversary date. That comment was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, she chose to send these messages late at night, showing no respect for normal customer service boundaries.

Whoever runs this business needs to take accountability for poor quality products and even worse customer service. The behavior was tacky, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

Asked 3 times for a tracking number..

Asked 3 times for a tracking number... originally told...have to download the APP to track my order. No, not downloading some APP just to track a purchase. You provide the customer with the tracking number and shipper. Easy enough. Been 3 weeks since order placed and 3 weeks since credit card charged ..

Total disappointment

I didn't purchase a big order this time around because we're trying to start a family and figured down the line I would get her the dozen as a push gift. Well I never received what I was expecting and sent 2 emails and no reply I had to look up the phone number but I get forward to VM left a voicemail still nothing. There goes any future plans to purchase anything else in the future or refer any of my friends/colleagues to this company. The should look into their customer service team it's really affecting their future business.
So make sure you will be fine with whatever they send because they will not reply back to your email or contact you regarding any issues.
Again there is no phone number on their website for a reason...they don't care!!

I just got the rose in for my wifes…

I just got the rose in for my wifes great grandmother's funeral. I told them I needed to speak to someone urgently and they called me within 24 hours and helped me out. I don't understand the negative reviews, maybe other people had worse experiences than me but it was a beautiful product and they did a great job.

Stay Away!!

Thick and clunky. Not like described and doesn’t even look like a real rose. I emailed them twice about a refund because it wasn’t what they described and no response. Then I found on their website in small print, no refunds. Not reputable at all. Who doesn’t give refunds when you buy an item online and you can’t see what you’re buying in person? Stay away!
