Card unknown

We called our son to see how he liked the card. B Day cake pop-up with lights and music. He said he didn't get it! After looking around, he found it but thought it was junk mail. It didn't have our names on it and it didn't play music. The envelope it came in was damaged. The ink on it was smeared but you could make out his address, barely!. It didn't say who it was from. Neither on the card or envelope. There was a blank card with it but it too was blank. When we called to complain, we were told it was $5 more for personalization!!! Really?? You sell a card for a special occasion and then you want more money to say who it's from?? That is so wrong. Asked for a refund. We'll see how that works out. Oh, and I don't charge for reviews, good or bad.

Broken website

I've ordered from LovePop many times, but this time was a challenge. The website process went (at first) as per usual, but in the checkout screen there was a problem. The only option for shipping was free, which was fine, but when I went to checkout, I received an error message stating "you have to choose a shipping option". There were no options to select! The default method was free shipping, but there were *no* other options, and it wouldn't allow me to place the order. I had to call to fix the problem. I appreciate the customer service help, but LovePop needs to fix their website!

I ordered birthday card for my daughter…

I originally gave them one star because…

I originally gave them one star because my card never arrived and I could not get through to Customer Service. Eventually, someone got back to me and told me that their system was down although it took an entire month to get a response. The company took complete care of my issue and hopefully moving forward this will never happen again.

No cards and Constant attempts at contact without cohesion

Ordered cards that ended up getting sent back because USPS said there was no such address. I’ve lived in the same place for 30 years. Also problems correcting the email address. Wasn’t notified till after the fact. Took a lot to get Customer Service. System was slow. The connection wasn’t the best and she had to go to the back office to try to fix it. I still don’t have my cards. Cards are personal. Joy the AI needs to be scrapped. To be continued. New address who is going to ship it to that took 20 minutes on the phone did not go to go through according to the email. What is going on? Not enough Customer Service agents to deal with the mess the management has been made.

I called and left a message with Customer Service. Find it. reply.

Attempted to take advantage of their…

Attempted to take advantage of their Christmas Sale, was later informed that my less than $100 order triggered fraud and my order was cancelled.

Afterwards, called customer service and was told if I wanted to place the same order, the price per card I selected would no longer be $5, they world be $9.
