Bad quality boots
I brought some new Raid high boots and they have fallen apart a week after. The sole has completely come off at the sides and back. I’m so sad, I’ve been looking for some simple high quality shoes and I thought these would do it but I’m heart broken :(

Beautiful shoes but HORRIBLE QUALITY
I ordered a pair of boot which were very pretty. When I received them, I noticed that the finishes were quite bad for such a price but I still find them beautiful. I wore them around 5 times and guess what ? I noticed that the sole was coming off. Really really disappointed as their shoes are so beautiful but with such horrible quality.

Such bad quality of such beautiful shoes
I was really looking forward to finally having shoes from Love Raid because they were just so beautiful but I couldn't afford them before, and when finally got them the quality turned out terrible... Returned 2 of 3 pairs because of the inaccurate size, fair enough. But the third pair broke after a month! I only wore them to get to work, so little walking has been done, and the inside of the chunky heel COLLAPSED inside. I'm so so upset because the shoes are so beautiful but such a waste of money.

Ordered online Nov 2021, when this order did not arrive I contacted Customer service and was advised there had been an issue with shipping and they would refund, on 11/01/22 I again contacted as I had still not received refund they responded 12/01/2022 apologizing for the delay and confirmed this had now been done, 25/01/22 incredibly still no refund! Do Not Buy From this Company!

Takes them a week to reach out to you with vague replies. They told me my order was a pre order, which there was no notice or note anywhere when I ordered the shoes, which I accepted, they gave me a fake tracking number which hasnt been updated over a week, I reached out again and they told me they are returned to the sender, THERE WAS NOT A DELIVERY ATTEMPT whatsoever and my local Hermes courier reassured me, also the courier page they gave me which has nothing to do with Hermes asks for my zip code to reveal more information about the delivery, but my zip code is not accepted. I never received my local hermes tracking numberin Germany.I would still like to get my shoes since I’m not in a hurry, but I will dispute it with PayPal, Don’t pay without it if you want my advice

Absolutely awful. Ordered on the 19th November. Was told they didn't know why there was a delay.
THEN agyer having go ask AGAIN for an update that they said they were going to give, told me it was "pre ordered" well no it wasn't. It was fully in stock when I ordered. And now no one is responding. 100% do not make a purchase from this company. I'm appalled at their lack of customer care. Was allegedly being dispatched from the 8th, still NOTHING. Massive scam

Hi Temi, sad to see the 1 star review, I see from our notes that the delivery did take place and was left at your front door, however you are disputing this delivery. We are processing the claim and refund and I see that you are already in conversations with our Customer Service teams.
As you must expect we are unable to process refunds until claims have been placed with the carrier, especially if they have provided photo evidence of the drop. During the claim process, the carrier will interview the driver and body cam footage may be collected and handed to police as it could be considered theft once the review has been completed.
Rest assured, a refund will be made if the claim is valid, however, the investigation can take a little time during this peak season.
Our customer service team will continue dialog with via the established channels.

THIS IS A SCAM. I have been waiting for two months now for my delivery H00RYC0016074044. First they told me it would take a couple more days and wait for. Afterwards they told me Hermes lost my parcel and they will return my money. I never got my money back or any further response from them. My mails are being ignored and my messages on social media too. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER.
EDIT: their comment is not true!! I never changed my address. Now that they have seen my review they suddenly responded to my previous old mails too... Will update should I receive my money back but I highly doubt it.

Hi Batman, sorry to see a 1 star review, your issue seems to have originated from a change of address request whilst your order was in transit and since your delivery address was outside of the UK. We are reliant on a number of third party logistics providers for international deliveries and each party has to contact the next in order to gain any response and this does take considerable time, especially if more than one request needs to be made.

We always aim to do our best, we admit, the delivery partner has let us down on this occasion. Whilst delivery delays can occur on some occasions and this can lead to below average customer experience, at no point do we scam any customer.
Customers are always protected and refunded on the rare occasions when items are lost in transit by our carriers, this can take a little time to complete as all parties need to conduct and complete their own internal investigations regarding the loss to understand what went wrong and put in place processes to avoid this occurring again in the future.

It’s been more than two weeks since i ordered a product from your site, and still didn’t receive it, whereas in the delivery information, it is indicated that i will receive my order in maximum 10 days.
And honestly, i don’t even know if im going to get it or no, because i can’t even track it on the « Hermes parcel delivery » site.
