i ordered a sweater from this site and it didn’t come still 4 months later
Once i got it i was very excited
When i tried it on it looked NOTHING like the picture, poor quality and i’m very disappointed
DO NOT buy from this site as it is a scam

I ordered 3 dresses for my niece 3 months ago. Only 2 items were received. They don’t respond to my Emails. Waste of money do not order from them!!!

I ordered a month and a half ago and it still hasn’t come this is a rip off. Never buy from here.

SCAM. It does not deliver and is a fraud. Don't order from there.

Giant scam. No delivery. Extremely difficult to find/access contact info and then ...no response. Thank you, Loveropa for scamming my 12 year old during a global pandemic. Shame on you, whomever you are.

I ordered a bunch of clothes like 3 months ago and still haven’t received anything, I try to email them and it says that the email doesn’t exist. Don’t buy from here! You’ll get scammed!!!

Brutal! I ordered items for my daughter's birthday and its been almost 2 months and still no delivery! I have sent several emails but no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Two out of three items arrived 1 1/2 months after placing my order. Cut was more or less like the picture, but the color and quality of the dresses were very cheap looking and not like advertised.
Since the third item had not been shipped at the time, I cancelled that order and the amount of money has been transferred back to my bank account.
However, customer service was non-existent and the items are not worth the price.

I made a purchase months ago, and still haven’t gotten it. I sent them multiple email to get my refund, and they ignored it. They stole from me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, DO NOT!!!

This website is a total SCAM. I ordered a sweatshirt, was charged in full before it shipped (which a lot of companies do not do), and received the weirdest shipping email that did not make sense and said my item was delivered in CA (I live on the East Coast). I then tried to email them and their email address was undeliverable and tried to submit a message on their website, which had no "enter" button. I also tried to cancel my order and the website said it could not do that to an item that has been shipped. We are in a tough financial time due to COVID-19 and I am SO disappointed that someone would scam others like this. Please do not order from them.

I ordered a small but I wanted it oversized and it came in a medium but I still like it.

So i just read all these reviews and i wish i did a month ago.... i spent 145$ and have not gotten an email or tracking. i thought it was strange so i have emailed them 5 times to try and figure it out and i have gotten nothing back. I really don’t know what to do. if anyone has any ideas let us all know please.

I emailed loveropa and they said the reason that the orders are taking so long is because of COVID 19 and that a lot of there stuff isn’t in stock so they are waiting for it to come in which it is taking a long time. I spent $270 dollars on it so I’m hoping what they said is true

these people still pull my money after the girl credit card to buy nothing! we need to do something!

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. I made an online purchase for my daughter who saw a link on social media. As the case for many of us here, I should have checked the reviews first.
I spent roughly $105 and after waiting about 10 days for my order to ship, the order status remained at "Your order is being prepared....". After checking this website, I cancelled my order online. The issue is that they only refunded me $66. An email exchange resulted in them advising "We sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
We would like to inform you that we only refund the item that is out of stock.". So I cancel my order and they refuse to refund me for unshipped items that they have in stock". How does that make sense? This is basically a fraud and I hope enough complaints to credit card companies will result in the credit card companies refusing to allow them to continue as merchants. My last email I sent requested a full refund or I would go through VISA to get my money back. No reply so I guess I'm going to go through VISA.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Loveropa is a total rip off, I found the clothes on their site being copied off another. They don't even bother to ship it. It's been almost a year and I have not gotten it yet, honestly don't even know why this website still exists. Just do yourself a favour and don't waste 50$ as I did.

Loveropa is a scam, I ordered in February 2020 and still have not received my items and they also do not reply to my messages.
