Ordered 2 items only 1 come they said been delivered but hasn't can't get money back don't order anything of them

Scam site. Ordered an item which I never received. All of my messages were ignored. Reported to the bank who are now investigating the matter

Spent £45, never received my order and the seller never replied, so I asked my bank for the money back. The seller tried to get away with it by submitting a document with my address next to the word “shipped” as proof of delivery to which I replied that proved nothing and that I never received my order, so my bank refunded me.
This is clearly a scam and they probably get away with some of the orders if people forget they placed an order. Do not buy from them.

I ordered two bear families in October I have emailed them several times no response these items were to be Xmas gifts I doubt they will be dispatched if you want poor customer service and for them to scam you and take your money then go ahead and use them in my opinion keep well away from this shoddy company

DO NOT order from this company!! I ordered from them over 3 weeks ago and have not received my product. I have emailed them 3 times with NO response back. I called the phone number they posted and calls won't go thru.

Still waiting for a reply for an order I made on 04/10/2024. I have emailed three times and no reply???

Just wanted to leave a review as I've seen all the bad reviews on here and wanted to share my experience. The personalised door mats are lovely, well made and really good quality. They arrived very fast too considering they were personalised items. Would recommend and would use again.

Just received my doggy personalised mat and it's perfect. Took a while to get here but worth it

Despite ordering goods on 24th July with an expected delivery time of 7 - 10 days, I was emailed by this appalling company on 13th August, 20 days later, to tell me they had cancelled my order and that I would need to wait several days before I would receive my refund.

If you want to be let down and have to contact this supplier numerous times without a satisfactory resolution, then place your order now!!!

You have been warned!!!!

Waited several weeks for a memorial stone and when recd it was the wrong saying. I might have been able to make it work even though it wasn’t what I wanted but it actually had a grammatical error … it looked like they combined two different sayings and it did not make sense….something that was noticed right away when I sent it out to friends on text. So after quite a while later, finally determined they were going to remake it, and after several weeks of waiting again, I was informed only by my further query of where is my product that they were going to refund my money because that product was no longer available so they were not going to remake it. That product remains on their website, they just simply didn’t want to remake it for me and now I can’t match the way I had planned for my other animal when I bought one of their stones. Today i did notice I can get something similar for $29 less with Amazon. Wish I had thought to look there first. Too bad because it’s been 7 months since my fur baby passed and still not memorialized the way I wanted.

I ordered a mat and they accused me of approving the "preview" with a misspelling. However, I texted my husband the actual preview and it wasn't misspelled so now I'm waiting to see how they are going to handle it. They even fabricated a fake preview to say it was my mistake!!!

Adding my review again that I never received my item. Their support team are simply ignoring me now.

Placed my order in the Black Friday sale, and I was really excited for it as I’d just got new kittens. I ordered the personalised door mat. I had never received a dispatch email. Emailed their customer service team, it took almost a week to get a response, and when I did they said they would look into it. Another week went by and they said they were still waiting for a response from the team that makes/distributes the products. 2 more weeks I got a response that said they shipped it but didn’t put any tracking information on it and it’s got lost in the post. It then took another 4 weeks to get another made and get tracking on that. Poor service, and shoddy products. Stay away from this site

They claim to be in Canada, but product comes from China. They give delivery dates that cant possibly be met. STAY AWAY

I have waited for over a month for a personalised shirt which still hasn't arrived. The customer service team have stopped replying to my emails. They have not refunded me. I will ne reporting to trading standards. DO NOT USE.

my order for christmas came late but they carved on lady NAME ANN on dog NAME MILLIE !! how stupid could not give as present as she knows her own name ??.I had order 2 others the same way and they were right so how carved the must have been drunk or druged.still waiting for a refund £24.99 or news ones done right or return label to send them back.they asked for photos which i sent still no word from customer services.so bad.

Love my new personalised doormat! 15 days to come from Canada, which is fantastic! Give plenty of time for delivery, I'm in the UK. No hidden costs at customs. Great communication. Really pleased. I was concerned after reading these reviews but no problems at all :)
