Time was booked at 21:30. We left only at 22:10. After 23:00 all lights was of.

It’s just a ride nothing much happening out there

Not organised at all! Booked for 6:15pm and the boat didn’t arrive until after 6:30pm so it clashed with the other booking. So they let anyone get on and made us wait again! After making us wait for over 2 hours we left. Emailed them 3 days ago asking for a refund and still haven’t received a reply. Terrible service!

site was down so I cannot book the ticket until 1 am and the first possibility was 12.30
the guy at the entrance was not real committed or trying to think...

Very bad. Not organised. Our trip should start at 20.30 but started 21.30.
Boat was overbooked

Very misleading that you book a departure time but it’s really just a lineup time. After an hour we couldn’t wait any longer and left. Terrible experience, very unhelpful staff, treated us like idiot tourists who were disturbing them.

Was supposed to got in the boat at 18:15 and we just enter at 19:15.
After that the light show was nothing special for the price.
This was a overpriced experience.

Reserved and paid tickets for an evening trip. When we got there, there were long queus waiting for their boat. After waiting for almost an hour and havent moved a single step we decided to go away. Very bad planning and service. Pick another boat company.

Was Expecting a really vibrant light show, but instead got 2-3 arts. Audio guide was not helpful. And the price that was charged for this was completely rubbish. More like a scam. Only bother going if you have lots of money to waste or you like boat rides. Pathetic experience.

It was okay, employees making good lines for the different boates. But the tour was a bit decepting …..

The most dehumanising experience of my life. Waiting in a cold water filled f’ing sidewalk for over an hour after our scheduled time. Be ashamed.

The Amsterdam Light Festival cruise does not worth what it costs. You can't see well, the comments are boring, and it was badly organised (no separate queues according to your boarding hour).

Went on the Amsterdam Light festival tour. The hop on hop off boat is not suitable at all. Sitting backwards far from the window makes it hard to look outside. Additionally, the audio guide was not running in sync with where we were.

The organization was totally unhelping and the crowds were uncontrolled. They told us we were too early, we went later and we entered the boat 40 minutes later. The windows of the boat were blurred and the description of the audio guide sounded like the guy who did it was smoking marihuana.
Horrible, it is better to waste your time looking at a loaf of bread

Issues: Had to come next day despite booking on 25 Dec due to no vacancy. No waiting area and relatively high priced
Good thing: Boat is clean and on time.

Seats very small, extremely warm in boat, dirty toilet, staff at entrance aren’t the kindest or most helpful.
The driver did its work grand. City is beautiful. But wouldn’t recommend this company.
