We were there 20 minutes before our time slot and still had to wait over an hour in the cold to get on the boat

Lovely trip, impressive light features, the boat was warm and comfortable, our captains addional amusing commentary added alot to the experience, only downside was the very rude young woman in the booking office when we arrived a little late

Terrible service, booked tickets for 18.15 but were put in a que with everyone else. We were their 20 minutes early but it made no difference what time you had the ticket for. Some in the que had tickets for 16.30 and some had tickets for 19.30. We had to stand in que for an hour, the workers just ignored you when they asked why there was no proper system for people who had booked a time slot.
Boat was supposed to be closed but had no windows and was freezing. The sound was completely out of sync with what they were talking about. Use another tour group who are better organized

The ride was nice and the captain as well but there were not many lights installations to see this year…

Turnt up 20 mins early as ticket said ended up boarding the boat at 8.40 after ticket was 8.15 , lights were underwhelming and could I’d just seen in foot

The experience was very relaxed. Driver was very imperative, & the waiting staff were very helpful. A lovely experience for myself & my Husband.

We did the Pizza Cruise yesterday. From beginning to end it was not great. The pizzas were cold, the drinks had to be requested several times and the cruise was just under an hour as as we left late. Def not worth it.

Oversubscribed boats and long queues is not what you expect when booking a time slotted boat tour. The idea was to have a pleasant night time cannel tour to see the Amsterdam Light Festival however instead we got a 1+ hour wait in the freezing cold. Ultimately waiting in an unorganised chaotic queue was not my idea of a enjoyable Saturday night. It was extremely disappointing to have a day planned in Amsterdam with the last activity to be so underwhelming. Overall would not recommend during any busy period as the company is happily willing to oversubscribe boats and has very little interest in handling the subsequent overflow of customers in a organised fashion.

Waited in the freezing cold for 1.5 hours even though I bought a ticket online and it said to come 20 earlier than the slot! The amsterdam light festival tour was very slow and I would have rather done it walking to take my time with it. Narrator recording was explaining things that have already passed so was difficult to follow. Waste of time and money.

first the captain was great, admonished children whose parents didn't and made some jokes, but the boat was too crowded. The windows were fogged up so that sometimes the view was very poor. Long queues (uncoordinated and unstructured) despite previously purchased tickets, overpriced prices for mostly bad light installations and a lack of translations (too bad for the child). all in all we are disappointed

Terrible management. The time given was adhered to, boats running late, very rude staff.

A very long line of more than 1.5 H in cold weather
Not managed and without any explanation or direction.
The round trip was too fast without time for taking pictures.

We waited 1,5 hours in the cold to get into our boat because the queue was incredibly long. Such a bad organization!

Terrible customer service. We were first in line but the guys started admitting people who just barged up around them and showed no attempt at orderly crowd control. We were almost to the boat when they admitted new latecomers to a new boat before we had a chance to get a seat. As an afterthought the woman admitted us to the last of the seats on the first boat, sitting backwards behind the pilot. His chair was shoved back with a jacket hanging, blocking any view I might have had from my left. 40 minutes into the trip we noticed a guy with an earbud in. We then realized there was an audio narration and we had not been given earbuds or told about it. We looked around and saw a box sitting by the pilot so helped ourselves and finally plugged in after most of the trip was done.
Secondly, the show was advertised as a beautiful light display only in December. It was implied that we would see beautiful Christmas lights. Instead we saw a weird art installation with a very weird narration about living on Mars or the Moon, living among giant cats, or living underwater with lobsters. Since we were sitting backwards we had to keep turning around to see, but honestly it wasn’t interesting. I was not at all happy with the trip or our experience.

Boring is an understatement. The light festival was practically in existent. And the the cruise started 30minutes too late.

The tour was a big disappointment for everyone. It was suppose to be a light tour and there were no lights.

Excellent customer service. Anastasiia and Sheryl are awesome, super helpers throughout my booking arrangements. We couldn’t wait for our experience once we are in Amsterdam. Thank you ladies.
