I’ll never let go Jack
The cruise was so overbooked that me and my partner either has the choice to sit separately on a lovers cruise… or sit out the back. The back had no option of the audio tour and also it was hailing rain. We sat in the heavy rain for an hour. Normally I wouldn’t mind the heavy rain but it is pretty cold in Amsterdam at the moment. In way it was romantic in a facing disaster kind of way.

All was good. The boat catain was nice and funny. We had a train/boat voucher and purchase a ticket was easy

We took a canal tour
We took a canal tour. Unfortunately we got to the boat somewhat late and the seats that were left were under an opaque covered roof (dirty clear plastic). We were in the aisle. We saw very little of the sites and could not see things are pointed out. The roof plastic was dirty and blocked any viewing. Should have been refunded.

It was crowded boat, nobody check seats availabilities. Quick ride 60-70 minutes, as for audio guide just rough facts, there could be some live stories involved. But very beautiful city and surroundings, so totally good experience

Very poor experience
Very poor experience. Bad seats, bad view. 15 minutes prior to departure was the boat already almost fully loaded. Price is too high. Never Lovers again for us.

Don’t go back worst customer service experience
The canal ride itself was lovely and the captain and another staff member who was very helpful called Mick was lovely and informative however the lady at the desk was rude towards several customers and when one of the customers left she began speaking about them in a rude manner to another female colleague. This was disgusting service and I will not be using the service again as this was completely unprofessional and extremely rude

Almost no view on back seats
The back seats are covered with opaque cloth when the weather is fine. You only have limited sight of one side or backwards. If you sit on the right side, almost nothing matches what you heard (almost everything is on the left).
