Lovescreen 

I needed a replacement battery with a quick turnaround and made the mistake of choosing LoveScreen. Easy placing of order and confirmation, but after I had already posted the phone paying for Express Delivery, I received an email saying that the battery was not in stock. This is obviously a failure of their online system, as the order should not have been accepted in the first place. Although they didn’t deduct the payment from my credit card, they refused to reimburse me for my postage, wasted time or inconvenience caused. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Item out of stock. Refunded immediately. As I bought two items I asked which one was one of stock so I could order the other, and for an ETA of when it would be in stock.

Didn't bother replying to my emails and item is still listed as in stock on their website. Just an annoying waste of time really.

These guys replaced my partner’s iPhone battery exactly 12 months ago. It now only lasts a few hours between charges. Quite disappointing, so on my experience I can’t recommend them.

Sent my Samsung Ultra 21 for battery replacement before gifting it to my mother. Post-service, the screen stopped working completely. A licensed Samsung repair shop confirmed irreparable damage costing over £250 for a new screen. Suspect the technician caused the issue during battery replacement. Disappointed with the experience, and hope the service improves for future customers.

I did receive communication from the company.

They assured me that they had tried to contact me and that the emails must have gone into my junk.
I confirm that after some further communication the company repaid my monies in full and as a gesture of goodwill they gave me an additional £60.00
I am now satisfied that they have acted honourably and have dealt with this honestly and fairly.
on that basis i have no problem changing my review to reflect the work they have done to sort out the difficulty.

I ordered a phone screen for my Samsung S22 ultra on Saturday. However, was then told the screen wasn't in stock, I was offered an official Samsung screen. This would be an additional £109, I decided to get a refund and use the official Samsung website as these would have cost the same, me being picky I guess, but I hadn't sent my phone yet.
Due to it being the Weekend, the refund would have taken a few days to come through, I was offered a bank transfer, buy opted for the refund to just go through the normal refund channels.
It should have been 2-3 days but it never appeared until late Friday night which was 4 working days, Mike gave me £50 on top of my initial refund for the inconvenience caused.
Phone is still not fixed but will be shortly and I've got an additional £50 towards am officiall samsung repair, for this act alone I think I will use this company should I have any phone issues going forward however maybe contact them 1st.

This is an updated review,

I ordered a screen replacement for my Galaxy S20 on 24th May.
After using the repaired phone for about a month, I found a crack on the screen. (The phone has not been dropped or subjected to impact.)
In the end, as a result of checking at the Samsung store service center, it was confirmed that the replacement screen was not the original Gorilla® Glass 6, so the screen could break like this even with even with weak shocks such as touch.

Lovescreen confirmed this and refunded the order amount in full.
That said, the screen is not original Gorilla® Glass 6. They said that good quality screens are supplied by their suppliers.

They must state the quality of the screen on the form page, on the product page.

So, if you consider replacing the screen like me in the future, please refer to it.
- Samsung official repair cost £299.00 (including free battery replacement).
In this case, both the screen and LCD are replaced. And use official parts.

- For Lovescreen, £145.95, only screen replacement.
The cost of replacing the screen and LCD complete with other options is £229.95.

It's fine if you just look at it as a service.
- The phone was shipped (Tuesday) and received on Saturday.
- The screen has been replaced with a new one. However, there were bond marks on the side, but they were easily removed.
- when have an issue, they made a full refund.

Brilliant! Reasonable price, promises kept, screen fix perfect and back with me less than two days after I posted it. What more could you want?

I sent my phone off on Wednesday and had it back by Saturday morning. Communication was good to let me know it had arrived with them. Screen is perfect, couldn't fault this service. Was a bit apprehensive sending my phone away in the post instead of going to a shop but the price was unbeatable and would recommend this service. Thanks very much

My screen was badly damaged and I posted my phone by special delivery to Lovescreen. The repair was first class. The only thing I recommend is that they improve communication with the customer. Other than that, I am very happy with the result.

Was looking for a screen replacement on my s21 ultra. Came across these guys who can just change the glass saving on the overall cost. I was nervous sending an expensive phone away but there was no need to be. Messaged when phone was received and messaged straight back if I raised a question. Posted off on a Wednesday and was back in my hand Saturday morning. Exceeded all expectations. Would use again and no question of recommending this company if you need a glass only repair.

I would recommend this company 100%. Great communication and service. My samsung A142 left me on Friday morning & was on it's way back to me by Sunday night. Enclosed was my old screen & the packaging which confirmed I had received genuine Samsung parts, which I was desperate for & they had claimed on the website. The phone arrived back like a new phone & working perfectly until dropped it in my hot tub on Tuesday night so I will be requiring a new screen again. I will always use this company now & would recommend to anyone

Excellent and trustworthy service. I admit that I was a little apprehensive at first posting my phone away but frequent communication from Lovescreen was on point. They replied to every message to reassure me on their service. I received my Samsung S21 Ultra back this morning. The screen and frame have been replaced so my phone looks brand new. Its been fitted with genuine Samsung parts at a competitive price. I'm so pleased! Thanks Lovescreen 😊

my phone screen was cracked, fast repair and delivery

I've had Love Screen repair my Samsung Galaxy S10+ screen twice - both times they've done a superb job!

Absolutely fantastic service. i needed a new screen for Samsung S20 and all other companies looked at insisted on replacing the LCD which in my case was working perfectly. Love Screen replaced the glass screen at a much reduced price to those others. Great transaction and all completed in 2 days. Thank you so much.

Sent my Huawei p30 pro for new glass and whilst at it said I would get battery swapped... Thought I'd be without a phone for a week.... Couldn't believe it was being returned the same day it was received. Great job and phone is like new again. Would recommend to anybody. Five star service and decent price compared to others.

Phone fixed, good as new. Also informed a previous repair had been completed using non genuine parts, nice to know to avoid that other repairer.
Repair completed same day phone was recieved and posted. Got my phone back next day.
6/5 if I could give a higher score.

I contacted Lovescreen as a last resort after being quoted silly prices on the high street to get my cracked Huawei P30 Pro repaired. Lovescreen was able to replace the front glass for an affordable price whereas everyone else wanted to change the whole display (with a possibly inferior 3rd-party one). I was sceptical at first but have been left extremely impressed by the communication, professionalism and quick turnaround. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

My experience with Love Screen was incredibly positive. My screen was smashed on my iPhone XS which I was quoted over £170 to repair through apple.
I emailed love screen to ask which service I would need as the oled was also broken - they advised in response to my email within an hour.

I paid for the repair (£109) and sent my phone to them via the instructions that came through the email confirmation.
I had a slight panic because my first class postage took 5 days to arrived.
I was reassured when I emailed to ask for confirmation, and then when it finally arrived on the Monday (thanks Royal Mail) I had quick confirmation they had received and that a recognition had started the work. It was posted back to me that same day and I received it on Wednesday.

It came back to me packaged very well and looks like a brand new phone.

Extremely pleased with Love Screen and their excellent communication and customer service. Would definitely recommend!
