1⭐ STILL NO REFUND – UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE
Avoid Sofa.com at all costs.
Their delivery completely failed their own policy. The drivers dumped a large sofa in the middle of my hallway, blocking access to my entire home, and refused to take it away when I asked. I was left unable to access any room and was forced to leave my home. I have a disabled child, which made this situation even more serious and distressing.
Despite repeatedly explaining this, the company took zero accountability. Customer service (including Paulina and Michael) was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Emails were ignored and calls went nowhere.
To make matters worse, I was still told to pay a £60 collection fee for a problem caused entirely by their delivery team. One staff member (Wojciech) acknowledged this and said the fee could be waived after speaking to the drivers, but this was never confirmed or followed up.
The sofa has now been collected, yet I am STILL waiting for my refund. I cannot get through by phone anymore and it appears my number has been blocked, while emails continue to be ignored.
I need my refund immediately so I can purchase a replacement sofa. If this is not resolved urgently, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank and escalate this to the appropriate authorities.
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No accountability, no communication, and no refund.
Stay well clear.

The collection fee applied to your order is in line with our Terms & Conditions relating to returns due to access issues and would remain applicable regardless of whether the item was successfully placed in the property or subsequently collected. Our delivery teams are also required to follow strict delivery and health & safety procedures while on site.
Refunds are processed in accordance with our returns procedure once collected items have been received back into our network.
While we appreciate your frustration, we do not accept that there was “zero accountability,” as communication was provided throughout the process, including regarding the collection and return procedure. We regret that the outcome did not meet your expectations and apologise if any interactions were perceived negatively.
My soffas are fine
My soffas are fine, material is undamaged, but the frame work on the three seater parts of it was bent, how that happened I do not know, because I am a former metal worker I was able to fix the problems, rather than send it all back.

I absolutely love the sofa it's beautiful. Without the extras you need to unpack it and screw on the legs which I found difficult with a disabled husband. Needed neighbours to help me. It needs to be more clear when purchasing.

Colour more warm
Colour more warm, rusty bright in real life, didn't like that. Irritates me a bit as not the vive i was originally going for. Definetley you get what you pay for.
Ok sofa, nothing special or quality. The pull out system feels like might break soon. The sleeping area all in parts so not consistent area for sleeping.
