I paid for my order and received confirmation receipt but never received my order. I have reached out multiple times and am now trying to claim through my bank.

Scam - report them ASAP
I don't understand how this website is still legally allowed to operate. Like so many others on this page, I ordered something from this website, received a confirmation email, was never sent the item.
I paid with my debit card but after raising the circumstances with my bank I should hopefully receive the money back. I've also called Citizens Advice Trading Standards to report the company - which I recommend everyone does - and I also passed the details onto BBC Moneybox, Which? to report a scam and Guardian Consumer Champions although I doubt anything will come of it.
Really disappointing
Really disappointing. Did not dispatch order despite paying for next day delivery, did not reply to emails or the contact form on website. Will try to reclaim money via the card company as it doesn't look likely I will hear from them. Avoid, seems like a scam.

Placed an order 14 days ago, no email of dispatch, and so many emails to chase I couldn’t even count, tried to call the business number, it doesn’t connect, sent Instagram messages and messages under nearly every Instagram post, not one response. I have sent a final email today as I will be requesting a chargeback on my card, business is still running but seems to be a complete scam

Took my money, order never arrived, ghosted.
Placed an order for a woven wrap in mid December 2025. The order never showed up, I didn't get a dispatch notification. I emailed them mid January and was told there were delivery delays. I was told this for weeks. I never heard from the company again after January, they have completely ghosted me. I've emailed every couple weeks, I've requested to cancel, I've asked for a refund, no response. I've submitted contact requests through the website, no response. I submitted a complaint review on their website, got an email through to validate the review, but it never went up and I was never contacted again. They owe me £116, they've clearly just stolen my money at this point. Never had anything like it, insanely unprofessional, not convinced its a legitimate business. Avoid completely.
Scamming company
Failed to update me about my order. No response through contacting the company online, no response on instagram. No item delivered after almost 2 weeks after it said “free 48 hour delivery service”. Now having to go through my bank to see if I can claim the money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
No refund
I cancelled my order due to lack of dispatch info. The company agreed to refund my money but didn't. I sent lots of emails asking for my money and in the end reported the company to my bank who claimed the money back on my behalf.

I would avoid this company. I had terrible experience twice. Originally I have ordered baby sling beginning of December, the order wasn’t delivered so I have contacted the shop and was informed that the item is delayed and they can refund me. I have accepted the refund option and was told that the refund was processed. Unfortunately I didn’t check my bank statement at that time to make sure as I was trusting the refund was sent. A few months later in March I have placed another order, again the order was not delivered so I have contacted the shop again but didn’t receive any response this time. This made me worried so I started to read all reviews here on Trustpilot only to find out that this shop does take customers money, never sends anything and never refunds money back. That made me check my bank statement for my original order from December only to find out that the seller never refunded anything. I had to open dispute through my bank to get my original payment back and just waiting to open another dispute for the second order. It is really sad that people like that are able to run business and take other people money. Please avoid this company

I think this company has gone bust. Took my money and no correspondence other than acknowledgement email about order and order number. I’m now disputing this with my bank, luckily paid with credit card. Shocking. I used them in the past and they were great.

Don't waste your time/ money.
Placed an order on Friday for a pre-school carrier. The website said the item was IN STOCK and offered free 48 hour postage. The website states orders are dispatched the same day they're received and it counts Saturday as a working day. It is now Wednesday and I haven't received the item. I contacted the company who said it will be 1-2 weeks before they dispatch it because they have to order it from abroad; not the definition of 'in stock'! I then found multiple other negative reviews where people waited months to receive their order, or never received it at all, and also hadn't received refunds. I need the carrier for this weekend, but that is looking extremely unlikely. I wish I had brought directly from Lenny Lamb. Don't waste your time with this company.
Order never received, refund never received
I ordered a wrap which I needed for Christmas. I ordered it on the 4th December, as I had previously been told by the company it would take 2 weeks. 2 weeks later they said it wouldn't arrive by Christmas. I cancelled my order and was promised a full refund.
Since then I email every couple of weeks. Either there is no answer, or the answer is a very helpful version of "we've escalated this and your refund should be with you within X days". The refund has never arrived, it has been 6 weeks now.
Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. Customer service strung me along for months and never sent my baby ring sling. £90 wasted and months without a carrier. Avoid at all costs!!
