awful experience

I booked a holiday and paid the full amount upfront. Shortly afterwards, I received a call from customer service informing me that my original booking was no longer available. The only option they offered was a downgraded alternative for the same price, and I felt pressured into accepting it.

A couple of days later, I noticed that my original holiday option was available again at a lower price. I contacted customer service and simply asked to receive the holiday I had originally paid for, but instead I was told I would have to pay a fee to make the change.

Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Poor customer service and no willingness to resolve an issue that was not my fault.

Booking requests can take up to 72 hours to process, and on rare occasions when we may be unable to confirm a booking at the original price we will contact you to advise of the price increase.

Where possible we’ll offer alternatives that may be better suited to you. We work on live systems which does mean pricing and availability are both subject to change until a booking has been confirmed. We appreciate this can be disappointing.

They booked me 4 nights and 5 days and…

They booked me 4 nights and 5 days and now I come to know that I have my booking of 3 nights 4 days . Pathetic even they don’t admit their mistake . Even after more than 30minures discussion no results . Now my check out time is 11.00 am on 8th of July and my flight is at 2.55 am at 9th of July .low level of expertise whoever has made my package

Booking agent told us transfers and…

Booking agent told us transfers and luggage would be free.
Then rushed us to pay for it all. When I checked the breakdown, none of it was free. Called to complain and nothing they can do to honour what was said on the phone

Easier and cheaper process.

It was much easier to have a combined price for flights and accommodation. I believe that the overall price was better and I have one agent to deal with, which should I have a problem, will be helpful.

Easy to use website, easy booking process, good deal, price good compared to other travel agencies and great communication. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family

Website breakes two UK legal rules

I visited their website, selecting NOT to save any non-essential cookies in my browser. Yet they still saved 11 cookies, none of which are essential. That's a breech of trust.

Also, they do not provide a "direct, rapid, and effective communication" as required by UK law. So that's illegal.

So although I've never used their services I never will, because I already know they're not trust-worthy.
