It used to be great....

It used to be great....but now their customer service is terrible. They try to cut cost with AI, and then take 4 days to reply if the chatbot doesn't help. This is a premium service, a subscription where you pay 124€ plus shipping. The shipping is also terrible, now. They use DHL, who subcontracts a local partner, and they missed providing my full address and telephone. I've been waiting for over a week since they say it was out for delivery and nothing. Emails don't get a reply from Lovevery or the local partner. DHL replied after a few days from a noreply email asking me to talk with the local partner when the responsibility is theirs. I'm cancelling my subscription.

Too slow customer service

With the price Lovevery is charging customers, why wouldn’t it invest a bit into customer service experience? No direct phone, just a useless robot wasting peoples time and endless waiting to hear back by emails. Emails are already so slow, what’s even worse is that if you have a quick follow-up, it’s another round of endless waiting. Very disappointed.

I made a 3 months subscription and paid over 400 Euros. I have not received my order number and Lovevery is not replying any of my emails to give me and update on the situation. I’m so far very disappointed in the experience and company!

They put me on a subscription plan I didn't agree to and defrauded me of 133 euros, also if you are in Europe you can report them to the authorities in the Netherlands since that is where their european headquarters are based. You can report them to the Dutch Consumer Authority (Autoriteit Consument & Markt - ACM)

Very quick and easy customer service

Ordered a three month subscription. The first box was shipped very quickly and delivered within a few days.
Due to an error I had to pay customs on pick up which I had already paid in the shipping stage of the ordering.
I contacted customer service and got help within a few hours. Sent over documentation of the extra payment and got a refund in two days.
They were extremely nice and responsive. Very happy with the customer service!

Also very happy with the product (Looker kit), feels like good quality products. Also enjoy the explanation for each toy and how to use them.

So disappointed

So disappointed! Great toys, but their logistics and delivery are beyond terrible. We have a subscription for the play kits and are already waiting for over 3 weeks to even get the order processed…so then we will wait for the actual delivery. This means we lose valuable play time and our child won’t be as interested in all toys. Customer service stopped responding to my emails asking whether the kit will ever be delivered. This is so frustrating and disappointing that no matter how good the toys are, the overall experience is a buzz kill, so definitely not worth the nerves in my opinion. We cancelled the subscription.

Great products, terrible costumer service

I've been using Lovevery products for over a year now, and am very happy with the quilality of their toys, however my latest experience with their costumer service is beyond terrible.

I've ordered and payed for a kitchen and 4 subscription boxes in November. The kitchen arrived promptly, and the first box was scheduled for first week of January. After not hearing anything for two weeks I requested an update. I was informed there was a problem with the payment, implying that I was at fault. When I pointed out that that is impossible since they would not have sent the first order then either, they've opened up an investigation. Since then I have received no updates or precise information about the process. (E.g. how long will it take to check if a payment came through? I would assume it's a simple task that doesn’t cost 2 weeks ). When requesting updates, the costumer service responds with standard replies that very effectively communicatie "we say we care, but truly, we don't give a damn".

Meanwhile my son had lost one month of the three for which the toys are designed for. At this speed I assume we'll get a resolution to the problem when the next subscription box is due.

On another note, it's only possible to contact costumer service through email or WhatsApp. Contact through mail is extremely slow, and if you're not willing to give you data for free to Zuckerberg, they just expect you to suffer.

Bot customer support & disappearing parcels

My parcel has supposedly been on the way for about a month, the tracking number I was provided doesn’t work, first time I reached out to customer support I got a bot telling me to use their website (???!?) second time remains to be seen since its been nearly 10days since I requested a human contacted me and nothing yet…So disappointed

Bad customer service

I was happy with my first subscription. Although there was my phone number missing in the shipping information which led to the delivery company storing my orders at the nearby parcel shop instead of delivering them to my address. I've contacted the customer service asking them to include the phone number the next time. They assured me they will deal with the problem. However nothing has changed. In November I have purchased subscription for the next four sets. Since the shipping of the first one was was two days before Christmas, I've changed the shipping date to Dec 8th. When the set wasn't shipped until Christmas day I've contacted the customer service. I've received an answer on Jan 6th that they are sorry and my order will be shipped immediately. After a week I've contacted the customer service again. To this day was not the package sent and I haven't received the reply from customer service. Tried to contact them on WhatsApp. Only chatbot (I persume) asked for my e-mail address and told me that the customer service will contact me.

Terrible customer support.

It's hard to see a company I used to trust become an organization that only cares about profit. I bought a kitchen set from them, but my browser filled in the wrong address when I selected my credit card to pay. The same minute, I contacted customer support through WhatsApp, but I was informed that only the customer support team could help, and because I contacted them on a Sunday night, the team would only be available Monday morning. I contacted them again on Monday; this time I spoke to a human being and was informed that nothing could be done. I contacted the delivery company, and they threw the responsibility back to Lovevery, saying that only they could update the address. I sent emails and messages on WhatsApp, but I have been ignored. This is not the kind of respect we expect from a company like Lovevery. My family and I are very disappointed.

The website is the problem - toys are expensive but good

The toys are expensive but good. The website functionality is the problem. Easy to subscribe, hard to adjust deliveries. There is no way on my online account to delay a shipment more than 7 days and no way to reschedule a shipment to be sent sooner. The website has complicated navigation and no direct way to contact customer service that I see except through a form that offers no confirmation that the information or request I submit is received, but did receive an automated email that again offered the same non-solutions and stated "We have received an increased amount of requests, which could cause some delay with receiving a response from us." Since I have saved previous emails from Lovevery.eu I duplicate requests made on that form. It is a workaround that could be solved by more flexibility in scheduling shipments in my account.

Great quality and customer service

Great customer service. I thought I purchased a one-off toy kit (which was of great quality, very happy with it, but too expensive to buy automatically every 2 months) but I didn't read properly when I bought the kit and I actually agreed to a subscription. I wasn't aware of this so I was very surprised when I received a notification that my new kit was shipped and the amount was deducted from my account. I reached out to customer service and they went out of their way to help me. Even refunded the money and cancelled the shipment!

Used to be great sadly not any more

The toys are fine although a bit repetitive sometimes. I do not think the playkits are particularly well-thought and I have found that I am using toys at different stages than the recommended ones. The customer service used to be good, in the last months I am not happy at all with it. Answers seem to be taking forever to arrive (if they ever arrive) and I have also been asked to pay for the replacement of defective items. On too of that, it has happened twice now, my email and customer details to be confused with someone else’s (and details of that other person have accidentally been shared with me). Shame, as we were initially happy with the toys.

Feedback from a teacher

The book that come with some playkits are very realistic and help children to identify with the story and help them deal with emotions. I also love the fact taht the toys last a long time, they are mostly in wood and very beautiful so they give my room a very warm decoration.
