These are scammers!!!! They steal people's money and they don't send the product I ordered!!! Never again!!!! I've been waiting for the product I ordered for over 2 months and nothing!!! Neither money nor the ordered product!! Disgusting fraudsters!!!

Bought an item from them. It didn't arrive on time at all. The return address is located in China and is not disclosed in their return policy. So it is hidden purposely and is given only after contacting their customer service by email. BE AWARE OF THIS WHILE BUYING FROM CHINESE SELLERS. READ FIRST THE RETURN POLICY!!! They don't give return address if they are located in China.

Beware of buying anything from this company. The item I ordered took 18 days to arrive, and when it did it was not at all as described and much too small. I assummed I could return for a refund, as stated on their website. When I tried to do this I was met with a barrage of excuses as to why I could not receive a refund . This company is flouting consumer law and in my view should not be allowed to trade, or be facilitated by payment platfroms such as paypal. I have today reported them to The Trading Standards Commitee.

Wish I had checked this company out before I ordered a bra, which might fit a doll. I can't even put a review on their website to warn others. Let see if I can get a refund. I will update.

Very poor customer service, and poor quality, absolutely outrageous. Do not shop from this website. Took ages to get delivered, and when arrived it was not true to size. I been waiting for 3 weeks for someone to get back to me regarding a refund.

This site is a scam. They sent me the item, but it was terrible quality and definitely not made to the correct size. I asked for a returns address and refund and they refused. Awful

I would not even give this company a 1 star. There a SCAM for your money!!! I wish I had read reviews but lesson learnt for any future purchases online. This company sent me a bridesmaid dress that looked nothing like the colour and the fabric was shocking, I asked to refund this within 24 hours of receiving as was not the colour they were advertising. I was advised that it would have to be sent back unused and I would have to pay for postage costs. Anyways I do this, with tracking reference to UK address, it’s been signed for, and still nearly 3 months later no refund. The company are now ignoring my emails despite me emailing numerous of times, they were first trying to say “they were awaiting to hear from their return department” although they had proof of my receipt and it’s been signed for! Absolutely shocking that by the looks of it they are getting away with so many peoples money! Mine wasn’t a big purchase luckily but they have the returned item and still not money! A person called ‘precious’ was the one replying to my emails at the start so god knows who this company is run by but needs SHUT DOWN. DO NOT USE

I brought 2 x baggy trousers medium and large £69.98 early June they took a long time to arrive. I started to get suspicious anyway they finally arrived to small both pairs. Returned them special delivery the cost to return was £12. I asked for a XL and a refund for one pair of the trousers because I only brought two to compare the size which I explained when I returned the two small pairs. Now this transaction was taking a long time to materialise I waited patiently to be told point blank after weeks "that you are not getting a refund but a extra pair free of charge". This doesn't make sense. AHH. I went straight to PayPal opened a complaint I asked for the £34.99 back while I still waited for the XL that's where I made the mistake. I should of asked PayPal for all my money to be refunded. So the XL came today finally approx 2 months later from the original purchase. While I was opening the package I said to myself I bet they have sent me a small size to spite me and low and behold they did. I am going to always read trust pilot before I purchase anything online again. This is a terrible company they spited me because they couldn't get to steal my money after I went to PayPal. What the other reviews say is absolutely true. This is a DODGY COMPANY. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I tried to give no stars but I was not able to. Nasty.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! It’s a dodgy company. They send you below standard items and then refuse the return. And add all these made up charges so it’s not worth you sending it back. Never seen anything like it. Trust me I wish I read the reviews before I brought anything from here. They need to be reported to trading standards. Disgusting!!!

This firm is a rip off! I ordered a jacket which came late, was a different colour to shown and was a cheap and chatty garment. I returned it fully wrapped and in original packing to the address it had come from but was refused a refund. They said I had sent it to the wrong address and they couldn't get it back!! The address on the parcel is apparently an abandoned warehouse. There was no return details in the original parcel. If you buy from them you are being done!

I bought a pair of grey trousers for £30 only for it to take 2 weeks before even being sent from the warehouse and coming in brown? I sent them a picture of what I ordered alongside what I received to which they admitted that they had actually just sent the completely wrong product. They sent me instructions on how to return them for a replacement of the grey trousers I expected, which I followed and did within the 30 day period that they allow returns for. This included showing them my proof of postage certificate via email, to which they THEN reply apologising for not even having any of the trousers that I wanted in stock. So they now have my money, and my returned item and finally have the audacity to offer me 50% off my next purchase rather than a full refund. What a joke.

COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

They are ignoring me as they sent me a faulty item I am trying to return but they won't accept returns and the phone number doesn't ring anywhere and they don't reply to emails.

Shocking place do not order from here if the goods are not suitable and you return them they just keep asking tracking no for items when they know they have received item , my mum being waiting well over a month now they have her item and her money they will not refund , my mum is now taking legal action .

So this is the company that I ordered supposedly white trainers from at £34.99 to arrive within a week, see my below review. Turned up two weeks late, they were cream, nasty smelling and very cheap plastic! not even worth £10! They got back to me yesterday offering me 50% discount to keep them to save returning them. I refused saying I would not wear them as they were so bad even if they would give them to me I would not wear them! I demanded a refund. So this morning they replied back, saying that to obtain a refund they must be returned in unused condition, which they are, as I never even tried them on they were so awful!...so to get a refund, I have to pay for return postage and they also said I would have to pay a restocking fee to the warehouse!!!!! 'what!!!!!! I replied back saying ' so you send me an item that is not as described on your website, they are cheap awful things and I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE AND FOR YOUR WAREHOUSE TO RESTOCK THEM??? I am not impressed and I am still waiting for them to reply to my last email stating I don't see why I should pay anything as it was their error in the first place! Awful company....please do not buy from this company!
