Made error when they billed me after I had "requested" cancelation. Inconvenience, accidentally billed me £35.

I have used many different hosting over the years. I must say Low.ms is the best I have had. Quick responses and fixes to issues. very stable servers. Great Hosting Company!

There are flaws in low.ms in terms of keeping servers 100% lagless and without any issues. But as far as their customer service and promise in guaranteeing customers quality support.Their timezones are UK and a lot of customers are not based in UK, so staff responses might be slow and they are currently not a 24/7 staff support company. Their server hardwares sometimes can have flaws in them specifically Dallas Texas locations. But then again, they are happy to give a refund and provide compensation if the problem was at their end and that is why I gave them a 5 stars.

Options and configuration within server is limited. I was expecting better UI and configuration options.

So I recently started hosting a Terraria server and I was going to play with my friends and I couldn't figure out how it worked. After a bit I asked support and they got back to me and helped me fix all the problems I was having. Thanks guys you guys are great.

The server hosting was good but after I tried to change maps it broke completely. And there was many problems with adding maps, and mods. Not to mention the control panel is not very good to beginners.

Wonderful service. Excellent server ping fast load in times and close to 0 maintenance needed. Easily updated with added mods so you can play your games however you like. Will definitely be using this service again.

Excellent support staff and you still have direct access to your server. No waiting for another individual to make alterations, but if you are not experienced in modifying the server their people can and will help in a timely manner.
IMO, best host of the 7 or so I have used since 2003. Best of the 3 I have used in RS2.

Quick and uncomplicated setup, very nice server management via the low.ms website. Nothing to complain about whatsoever

Like the title said, it does the job, didn't have any hassle setting up/modifying the server after preferences. Didn't ever require any support so can't really speak about that aspect... Ordering the product (server) and getting access to it was a fast deal.

By far the best RUST server experience I've had with friends. Customer service was extremely quick and helpful (my support ticket was not related to an issue with the RUST server) and I would absolutely recommend them to buddies. I found them via a review on reddit and was happy to see that they were as great as the review stated.

I don't typically leave a lot of reviews, but I did this without being offered anything. Cheers!

Low.ms has a discord that fixed my issue super fast! They work on the holidays too!!
