Response to their reply: Whilst I completely understand that there is 'only much we can do as an SEO company', and that the budget was clearly not in your range (which you shouldn't have agreed to in the first place if you couldn't work with it!), all of the other accusations forementioned are completely false. In regards to 'no admin access' and 'SEO limitations', I offered FTP access, Google webmaster access and I would have been happy to offer more if requested. I always made HTML edits when requested to assist with any 'SEO limitations' (although to be frank, if I'm paying you to do SEO, I expect you to help solve those issues for me rather than having me pay just to have my sites registered in random places like imgur and forums - I can do that myself for free). Your work was lazy. My new SEO provider has been happy to help solve any issues without any additional charge nor hassle. They are only charging me for the actual SEO work they do - which has proven far better quality and worthwhile as a long-term commitment. My only concern at first with LOWCOSTSEO was being given the silent treatment - but now my concern is far more serious from how they have treated my review. As a result I have completely removed any positive feedback and changed the rating from 3 to 2 as a reflection on how the negative criticism was treated. Please learn from this mistake and best of luck for your future.
New review: Following an update from an old review, the service was fine whilst it lasted. But eventually they just disappeared without contacting me again. I guess my budget was eventually out of their interest despite being called 'low cost' SEO. I've found other SEO providers for 50% cheaper and giving the same quality of service. Unfortunate but it's the way it is I guess.

There's only much we can do as an SEO company. The cliient's platform has SEO limitations to work with and no admin access for any on-page work so I guess our frustration was right when we said there is only a certain level of success that can be achieved. Client was paying us £80 per month so he's getting 50% cheaper hope he gets the results now! So at £40 a month it works out to be £1.33 per day for SEO work. Anyone reading this hope you understand why we stopped as it was a business decision!
