These hats are pristine! So unique, so well made, I’ll be back for more.

Hard to find the procedure to send the product back cause it’s don’t fit, plus i need to paid some fees back.

The combination of the hat quality and the customer service is impeccable. I highly recommend Lower Park!

Ordered 2 hats. Materials were nice quality. One of the 5-panel hats was stitched poorly so I requested the company provide a return label for the inconvenience. After I provided photos (with measurements), I received the following response: "Our hats are handmade dude, the front panel on the left is literally 1/16th of an inch shorter than the right side."

Yeah, maybe so, but still doesn't fit properly. Still clearly visible that the hat is slanted. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. I work in retail. I get that customers can get mad about anything, but there's a more professional way to respond. Secondly, stand by the quality of your work, especially when you claim to inspect every hat that goes out.

In spite of this, I have really liked their hats in the past and I will definitely consider getting more.

To be clear, they offer returns. While the shipping cost will not break the bank, it's more a matter of principle. I wish the customer service was a little better.

I have purchased a number of hats from Lower Park. Each one is made with a high level of craftsmanship and the textiles used are also beautifully made.

The customer experience is great as well. I had one order that I ended up messaging customer support, which was quickly responded to and resolved by Andrew, the owner.

Overall, great products, great customer support, and fast shipping. I couldn’t be happier buying from Lower Park.

I own quite a grip of caps and bum bags from LP at this point. They’re super nice dudes, and accommodating for an expat living abroad like me. This particular cap is my favorite pattern to date! Looks even better than expected in person!

The hat is good but I would warn European buyers about hidden fees : 11,95€ for the delivery + 0.97€ border tax + 5€ FedEx surcharge for the border tax.

Crazy fast shipping and the product is absolutely perfect! I don’t like wearing hats often, but when I do, this company makes hats tailor made for my noggin.

I can't fully rate the material or design yet. I ordered it almost 20 days ago and the order has been frozen in L.A. for a week. I'm a little sorry that it couldn't be ordered in cash on delivery. I have paid for the goods - I paid a huge amount for the post office. I understand that orders from the US to Europe take a little time, but it feels like a long time. It's one cap.
