Even though they were shipping a wrong color, they immediately made it right.

Wish I had checked this site first. Don’t fall victim to their marketing schemes. They send automatic, generic emails about your order reporting they “normally get things shipped sooner but due to an overwhelming demand there are delays.” But this has now happened twice, months apart, on the same item. The first order was lost. The second one arrived in trashy plastic wrap and looked nothing like the picture. This is some knock off company with terrible customer service and false advertising. Update- the company offered to refund me once they received the merchandise. The return address for which you must pay return shipping is in china! They do a great job hiding this fact in their return and contact info on their website site so you do not realize the trouble it will be to make a return. They also push really hard to let the send you a different product instead of giving you the return info- which is also an attempt to disguise who they are. But none of the products seem to match the website so that solution is not acceptable.
Do not be fooled! They are a complete scam.
Second update- After pushing back and going through my credit card company they refunded my orders.

Ordered a jumper. Very poor quality. No front nor back, no seams, hence no shape. No company labelling either. Obviosulymass produced tat! If you areading this review and haven’t bought yet, dont. And on a related issue, I’m sick and tired of Pinterest giving these scam companies oxygen! By taking money for advertising in my opinion Pinterest is part of the problem.

Was not as advertised. Was supposed to be an "insulated "jacket.picture shows thicker hood and fleece lined.what I got was a thin cheap polyester shirt basically "lined "with polyester .baggy and misshapen. Looked like the pattern was stamped on it.Even 5 dollars would be overpriced this company is a total scam.going to drop it at Goodwill.lesson learned ALWAYS comb through reviews before you buy.

Lowie & Liv are a scam company - they falsely advertise their products and dropship items that look nothing like the pictures - my experience with them was frustrating from start to finish. I ordered a fleece-linef jacket that looked high quality on their website, but what arrived was nothing like it — a completely different material and design that felt cheap and looked nothing like the photos. When I reached out to their support, they initially offered a replacement, without explanation of why the jacket looked nothing like the picture.

When I requested a refund, they asked me to post the jacket back to an address in Guangzhou, China, at my own expense. Their own refund policy states that return costs are covered when the issue is their mistake, and they even admitted in writing that the incorrect item was their fault. Despite this, they later went back on their word and offered partial refunds (first 25%, then 65%) to get me to drop the matter. It was clear they were trying to avoid paying for return shipping or processing a proper refund.

Don't order from these guys and if you have ordered, DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING to China; instead, contact your bank and request a chargeback for a falsely advertised product. Save all email evidence and photos, as that’s usually enough for your bank to reverse the transaction. In short, steer clear — this company is not what it pretends to be.

If I could give zero stars I would the biggest scammers in life is Lowie & Liv hiding behind legalities, more needs to be done to stop crooks. It is a form a stealing to charge waaaay over the value of an item and deliver poor quality goods.

I bought a "jacket" (more like a cheap old fashioned table cloth looking thing with cheap polyester false fur) on 8/10/2025 it arrived on 19/10/2025 it looked like it belonged from the caveman days its hideous.

The service was abismal and when I mentioned its odd that a UK company has their warehouse based in Hong Kong Lowe & Liv went silent and sent their puppet David to answer via email for them. He is very selfish, he did not care that I was unhappy with the service, no apology, no empathy and was smug via email about not refunding me.

The right thing to do is to refund someone who clearly wants their money back its a form of stealing not to, there are a lot of scammers out there that hide behind legalities. You could easily refund me without me having to pay high costs to send a parcel to China that you may not recieve and then pocket someone elses money, but then you know that.

I have browsed the site and didn't see anything I think would last they are priced waaaay beyond their value, even the reduce price does not match the value of the materials used I could tell from the "jacket" I recieved.

As you can see not one ounce of care talk about unproffessional and nasty.

Always check review sites like this one before you pay your hard earned cash on brick a brack low value fabric. Also ALWAYS check a companies returns policy, shipping options and most importantly where returns for a refund have to be sent this will be under Shipping and Terms and Conditions on their website, as we have learned scammers are most likely to use the tactic of thier warehouse being based in China (Hong Kong usually) to keep your money, talk about desperate thieves.
The man at the post office told me he has so many people complaining to him because the returns end up not being received (dogey or what).

Ps: I didn't order anymore brick a brack form Lowie & Liv's store. I called citezens advice who forwarded the information to Trading and Standards so they are aware of them. I hope more people do that as it encourages action to be taken.

Their website is literally decieving too, the "jacket" looks NOTHING like how it is advertised its as thin as paper and its suppose to be a "thermal jacket" talk about deceptive. Because they are not under UK law you cannot have them for false advertising as thats UK law, that is a clear sign to steer clear of a business good proffessional business owners with good charecter usually have a UK base and warehouse, and fall under UK law, always check all this before purchasing from an online store.

The silver lining is I can share this review on all popular review sites, which I will definately be doing Trust Pilot is the first stop. And I can move forward from the stress of this more legally informed.

Sadly no 0 star option. The jacket, when it did finally turn up, was nothing like the photos at all. Cheap printed fabric and badly sown. Taken it to the charity shop.

I ordered a dress and it was exactly like the picture but it turned out small. I reached out to them and they rectified the issue quickly. Highly recommend!

AVOID! Scam, selling products which they never send.
I bought a jacket, came completely different thing. To send it back in China cost me £20, hopefully the will refund me £35. Why I did not check reviews before(((

Very disappointing experience. The items took so long to arrive, I thought they must have got lost in the post. When they finally arrived I was disappointed with the very poor quality and cheap feel. Nothing like what I was expecting. Also, I didn't receive an order confirmation email, which was the first red flag. Don't fall for their advertising. It's a huge scam. Wish I had read these reviews first.

The item received did not even vaguely resemble the item depicted. There were no return details in the parcel. I emailed them numerous times and never received a response. Don’t touch them with a barge pole. There are many other negative reviews with the same issues I had. I don’t believe this is a legitimate business and would NOT recommend them at all.

I put the date of my reviee but it's been ongoing. If I could give Lowie & Liv a 0 I would. I feel giving them a 1 isnt the right rating. I only received 2 of the 4 pairs of shoes I ordered. I reached out to them & after 2 email chains, they offered another larger size that was available at the time. I accepted. They never provided status and when inquiring they stated they were working on it. I sent them another email today (I swear they block your emails after so many back/forth) and they told me that the larger sixe they offered was no longer available. So they lied, took my money and did not honor my order. Something is very wrong with a company whose customer care is completely absent.

Worst quality and the dress I bough didn’t even fit. Return to china was £25 so not worth returning so I was left with the bill and a dress which was appalling ! Really disappointing!

Very in happy with the quality of there clothes. I had to email several times to tell them I wanted to return my Item, finally they said okay but it would cost over $30.00 to ship back to China just through away the clothes:(. I would never shop with this company again👎🏻

Terrible! False advertising. Sweater that arrived looked nothing like I ordered. Poor quality and very ugly. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't fall for this scam company.

I ordered a couple of pieces of knitwear back in June/July, they were for a gift. Unfortunately they didn’t arrive on time and I had to buy something else. I explained this to Lowie and Liv and asked them for return details. To my surprise I was told to keep the items and order something else to the same value at no extra cost to myself. I did this and true to their word my replacement arrived yesterday. It’s not often you can rely on seller’s promises but Lowie and Liv certainly lived up to their promise.

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering a coat. The material is cheap, far too big, and looks nothing like the picture. This has taught me a lesson not to trust online sites from brands I’m not familiar with. The coat took about 3 weeks to arrive and I’m there offering me a replacement which I don’t want. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolute SCAM! You will receive a facsimile of the item you ordered. However, it is not exactly like the picture. QUALITY IS HORRIBLE! Too expensive to return for refund so they sent a replacement of my choice for same value. Piece of garbage also. DO NOT WASTE MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

They’re thieves! Never buy from this website. They sell something completely different from what’s shown in the photos. After you order, you suddenly get an email saying they “apologize for the delay due to high order volume” — it’s all lies. They send cheap, low-quality clothing from China. I wanted to return a coat, and they told me I had to ship it back to China to get my money back, or I could exchange it for another cheap item.

Sold a jumper to me that was out of stock, told me they could offer me store credit I declined they said they’d give me a refund still no refund one month and a half after purchasing . Despicable.
UPDATE: they gave me a refund after 2 months after I sent them SEVERAL emails - (surprisingly it was the threat of legal action that finally prompted the refund ) and they never refunded me on the shipping and insurance of £4 even though the order was never shipped- make it make sense! How am I paying you for something you never did !! Daylight robbery !! I did some digging they are a dodgy company not British based at all so keep that in mind when ordering … definitely an overpriced fast fashion polluter… do not purchase unless you want to lose your money for 2 months god knows where and be conned out of four quid
