I get the feeling LO is mostly for commercial laundry facilities. I used them to get a hard to find dryer part. Their email customer service was spot on and as fast as a live chat. I was impressed.

We ordered an excellent product, good quality, and we found it at a more reasonable price with LOW. Packaging was excellent, and our laundry cart arrived in a great condition, ready to assemble. Shipping was more reasonable than other carriers as well.

We will shop with LOW as much as possible!

Bad practices s***** warranties will never buyparts any more I'm an owner of 40 dry cleaners and 16 car washes I will never buy from this company ever again and I'm still waiting for parts that they haven't even said they're backordered or anything no emails no nothing

This company has the best price by far for the OEM part that I wanted. They called me the same day as I placed the order to confirm details. The shipment arrived rapidly and package appropriately for it's design and function. I've ordered this part in the past from other vendors and it gets folded and stuffed into a box which subsequently makes a lot of extra work for me.

George was extremely helpful. He helped us select the correct equipment for our retool and guided us through the procurement process. Very helpful.

They don't tell you parts you order are backordered until AFTER you make a payment. You'll get this message telling you to wait least two weeks before your notified of a possible shipping date.

Website is easy to navigate and was great to see a time frame of when to expect my part once my order was placed.

It's too bad that order support is so bad. Responding too late. The lead time for products is too long. There have been no updates in a timely manner.
