I’m always waiting months for parts I…

I’m always waiting months for parts I order. And when I call in to check up on them, I get told someone will contact me in 48 hours. Not one time has anyone contacted me back! I always have to call and follow up. There doesn’t seem to be any sense of urgency there.

Chicago parts typically have a 7-10 business day lead time. You did call on 9/11 asking for a status to our phone support which can only tell you if there is tracking. Our order status team is the ones that email you exact info on your order. When you called on 9/11 we put in a ticket to our team which was at 3:03 PM and emailed you the status and tracking at 3:49 PM. Maybe you didn't receive our email or it went into your spam perhaps, it does happen from time to time.

We did ship what was in stock at the time. Please note you did order 3 different brands of parts and some items were backordered. We shipped accordingly and tried to get it to you as fast as possible, however we are held to the MFG when the items are on backorder I apologize.

Really long arrival and bad return policy

1. The part didn't fit--and it was the part number given that should have fit.
2. It took FOREVER to get the part. We went ALL summer without a dryer.
3. They are charging me a 30% restocking fee to return the totally unused part! And no where prior to purchasing this did it give me that warning that full refunds wouldn't be honored.
4. Would not recommend. Don't buy from this company.

To answer your statements I will answer as you stated in a list format.

1. I dont see you ever did a parts research query with us. We are not sure where you got the part number from, however it seems that you did order the incorrect one based off your review and are upset with us that it was wrongfully ordered.

2. You ordered this on 7/24 and notified you there was a delay. It was shipped 8/15, which is not all summer, however I do understand it took a few weeks.

3. This is correct as stated on our website and on the parts listing page. This is not our actual policy, we have to abide by the MFG policy in which we state this as well.

4. Im sorry you feel this way as we tried our best and were up front with everything before your purchase.

I have been trying to get ahold of…

I have been trying to get ahold of someone to process a return or exchange because the webpage improperly showed the denomination of the coin slide I purchased. I’ve called twice and submitted a return ticket and have received no response.

Customer service was completely absent…

Customer service was completely absent along with integrity and honor. I was lied too about parts not fitting and also parts availabitlity and shipping. Parts looked the same online, so I ordered both original and generic because customer service didn't answer my email in time. Needed other parts asap, and found out that it was going to take over 3 weeks due to being shipped out from manufacturer in Sweden and not their own domestic warehouse. I even paid for expedited shipping; they never refunded me for as well. Will never support this business and tell my associates to avoid them at all costs. I doubt they will let people see this honest review, because they are a dishonest company.

Regarding the order you're referencing, we have thoroughly reviewed the transaction and found no errors or issues during the process. The order was placed on 8/14 and shipped on 8/15 without incident. Additionally, we did not receive any communication from you until 8/27, when you requested a return. We promptly issued an RMA with detailed instructions at that time.

It has also been brought to my attention that during your conversation with our employee, the interaction became heated when all you starting using was inappropriate language. Given this, we are unclear on the basis for the term "dishonest" being used in your review, as we have acted in good faith throughout the process.

This is the first time that I have purchased from Laundry Owners Warehouse. Their website was easy to use, I found exactly what I needed. Shipping was fast and the price was fair. My items came in perfect condition. I would buy from this company again.

Made my fix affordable

Had to replace my Speed Queen trunnion. LOW had all the parts I needed, at very competitive prices and reasonably quick shipping. Now I need to ask Speed Queen why the trunnion dissolved at year 10
